When I saw him he was 40, balding, wore a ponytail, frizzy grey hair, feminine face but in a bad way like undefined features and bug eyes, dressed like a meth addict despite being an IT worker, drooping skin. The only thing he had "going" for him was that he was thin, but he didn't have a shred of muscle, he was like a skinny-fat girl with no shoulders and noodle arms. Reasonably one of the ugliest guys I've ever seen, but he thought he was average or even good-looking.
