If you ever stumble upon a post from a woman where she describes how a guy took some extreme measures to find her Instagram profile or to get her phone number, and sort comments by controversial, you'll discover a bunch of scrotes, hopefully, downvoted into a negative number, repeating the same idea: "Hurr durr I bet if he was 10 feet tall and had 69 Ferraris and a mile-long dick, you'd think that his behaviour was cute and romantic?".

No, you eejit, we find these things romantic if it's someone we like! It's not about looks, because women tell stories about getting stalked by gym instructors, people who run in the same park as them, conventionally handsome baristas etc. It's not about money or power (stories about harassment from a boss or rich guys in general).

If I was too shy at a party to come and introduce myself to a guy, but the next day he messaged me and explained how he saw me but hesitated and then asked around for me number, I'd like that. Because there's mutual attraction. But if it's some dude, I wasn't even looking at the whole evening, messages me the next day like "I was staring at you 4 hours but you were too busy to notice, so I stole Mike's phone and copied all his contacts to find yours and to ask you on a date" you bet I will be calling the police immediately.

I know why LVM, who complain about this, always try to diminish a problem down to "if he's rich and tall, women don't think he's a creep", but still pisses me off every time.
