Misandry isn't considered as problematic as misogyny because we don't use the same criteria.

According to wikipedia:

Misogyny (/mɪˈsɒdʒɪni/) is hatred of, contempt for, or prejudice against women.

If we used the same definition for misandry then it would be obvious. But we only consider misandry when there is an explicit hatred toward men.

But misandry is more than that.

- Mandatory conscription

- Men suicides

- Homeless men

- Violence against men being trivialized

If women were victims of any of these items it would be considered misogyny (rightfully so). But when men are the victims, it's never recognized as misandry. By doing so, we will finally realize that misandry is as systemic as misogyny.
