I saw the movie a couple of nights ago. I'm afraid I can't really share my opinion of the film, however, for two reasons-- one, I happen to be an 'old, white dude', and two, so far nobody has told me whether or not the film was 'made for me'. I will say this, though-- of all the movies I have seen in my sixty-two years on this Earth, this was certainly another one. On a positive note, though, as I watched the movie I enjoyed a bag of delicious Raisinets. Mmmmm. I give that four stars.

I find it surprising.

Suddenly, all this male hate, and those social experiments we are facing are getting consequences. It's allmost as if when you uninvite us..... we respect your wishes.

And suddenly, all these "strong as hell" and "powerfull" scenes that are celebrated on twitter turn out to not directly translate into revenue.

And mind you, it's not a boycott, it's a choice to follow the main stars wishes to a T. Main star wishes to not have white men review the movie? She can have her wish. She says, it's not a movie for straight white men? Go ahead, you were in it, I was going to have a look at it because, you know, marvel, but YOU WERE IN IT, for fucks sake, means you give me a tip, I appreciate the fuck out of that.

I mean, I find it a bit sad, but I am guessing all the staff on the movie are paid in advance, so the only one that is actually losing out on the movie is Marvel.

Marvel wants the audience back?

How about the studio looks into making movies where the male audience is expressively invited? And officially fires actresses that want to go on the rarara, I hate white men, give me their money nevertheless train? Or officially publishes an apology for the strong stance the actress took, and that the movie is instead for all ages, races and genders?

While i dont subscribe to the "leftist propaganda" bullshit angle, and having enjoyed the film, (allthough its fairly forgetable) the fact that its "okey" to bash me just becouse i was born white is sickening and discusting. I am a huge mcu fan. I watched every movie multiple times. But this actress just fucking destroyed all of my hype, she took a company who was smart about I am pretty sure most of their decisions and now making people BOYCOTT One of their movies. Just pure disgrace

Frankly, I don’t care what people say or do outside of their movies, for the most part.

Think of it from James Gunn’s example - should we boycott him? I’m not.

I don’t give 2 F’s what a person does outside of their career, as long as it’s not actual, physical or financial harm to others.

I saw the movie, last night - decently entertaining, her acting (or direction) was garbage, and it only adds a bridge to who the F is this chick helping the Avengers in Endgame.

The fact is: She didn’t write it, she didn’t direct it, she’s not the only actor ... there are hundreds of people who have worked on the movie. It’s not just boycotting her; it’s boycotting all of them.
