Sounds like you need to talk to a lawyer. As part of that talk, verify the legality of recording your conversations so you can get proof she was planning on making the false accusation.

Once you have her on tape, then you need to break up with her. And record that too, or have witnesses. Because at some point she is going to drop that false accusation on you, it's just a matter of time.

Even if she backs down and everything returns to normal, you have to leave her. She's shown you who she is, that she'd quite happily get you thrown in jail for something you did not do. Women like this can never be trusted under any circumstances so you must protect yourself and end the relationship immediately. Record her admitting that she planned to lie to the police and go see a lawyer about protecting yourself.

When you break up...make sure you have a friend there to bear witness and have them there when you remove your stuff, also have them record the event. You must protect yourself at every turn.

This happened to me, I went to the police and reported it before it happened. I then saved every message and was prepared to record it. That put her off, but she went on to do it to someone else. My previous evidence kept the next guy out of prison and she got a "warning"....

First thing first.. Have you made any promise in written form? (Text/email, online chats,etc)

Have you accepted having s*x with her in written form?

Most of these cases are thrown out in court, but you may still get arrested, or at least questioned by police..

Your best defence is to deny everything.
Deny sexual relationship.
Deny any promise of marriage.

find a lawyer and file a report( date stamped etc) with them that she made a threat.the idea is to record with someone that this has occurred, so in the future if she makes the claim. you can produce this.

also tell your family and any friends that you trust...

then unfortunately you going have to end the relationship

once someone makes this kind of a threat, you will never be able to trust her ever again.

and its a slippery slope to other forms of abuse.

Indian, right. Have evidences that you were in a relationship. There are similar cases, so what the guy show in court were emails of her sending pics, chats, etc. Do not trust the police too much as they mostly will not take your side. Store the recording and whatever evidence you have in some online drive/email/google drive/mega.

Apart from that, what you have to show is that you two were consensual relationship, and talk to a lawyer regarding this.

Whatever you think, having some evidence is better than having none. Whatsapp backups, chats, videos etc.

Also, go to lawyer and get advice.

For any Rape Allegation in order to ensure that it is true and not false, the law should change to having these 3 things:

1- Accused must have a Lawyer present in the interrogation room to avoid false confessions or they say something to make things worse if innocent.

2- Phones of both the Victim and the Accused must immediately be confiscated for 24hr incase of evidence of them doing the crime (such as video, photo, etc) or false claim (texts, videos, etc).

3- No media coverage is allowed until evidence is proven.
