I was scrolling on tiktok earlier and I saw this video of this guy talking about what he lost in his divorce he said:

I can't remember everything but he lost a lot of money out of his 401k that he spent like 20 years contributing to, he lost the house, he lost custody of the kids, he lost the money he spent supporting his wife and daughter for many years (obviously), he became depressed and lost belief in God (which is very sad to hear) and he got into debt.

How common are these really devastating divorces?
