The study dates back to 2007 so awhile ago. Not only were the women on average more turned on by the exercising woman than man, on average tbey were barely turned on by the naked man. Even the mating chimps got more of a reaction! Lol. I mean...the researchers involved have been controversial, I will say. And some women do say they are aroused by naked men or moreso than naked women, so maybe there's hope lol.

When I first read it over 10 years ago it really bothered me. Like it made me feel unsexy, undesired etc. Then I learned how female sexuality is somewhat different...but still, it still bothers me slightly. I want to be sexually appreciated and lusted over the same way I do women, but I know most women dont work that way. I do feel our culture/society sexualises women a lot more which I feel contributes to it. Many women feel conditioned to see women as sexy. The 'male gaze' and whatnot too. I think its one area feminists usually get it right. Still...I think the lopsidedness screws men as well as women. Obviously many naturally have SSA but it's hard to deny culture etc has encouraged lesbianism more than male homosexuality too. It kind of bothers me when straight women say women are naturally more attractive, sexier etc. I guess on top of all the negative things said about men (not that women are immune from criticism ofc).
