Yeah, it's baffling.

Just earlier today, I was arguing with a guy on here of all places defending female offenders with minors and saying how us bringing up double standards in the justice system concerning women and women's in group biases means were misogynists who don't like women.

The bear situation is actually getting removed from this sub every time someone brings it up, so your post could be next.

The other day I matched with a woman on an online dating app. Her job was listed as professional. I asked what she did and she replied SAHM (stay at home mom). She is a divorced woman with one college aged student still at home wanting to find and “start a serious relationship” with another man who will provide for her and allow her to remain at home. Hard pass on this one.

A couple of weeks ago, at work, I was asked to carry a heavy box to a classroom because “I’m a woman and I shouldn’t have to do that.” I called the custodian for her. Just because I’m a man and I happen to be standing there I shouldn’t have to leave my stuff, carry a heavy box to the second floor, and place it where she wants. I have my own work to do.

All this manhate stuff is gonna backfire HARD over the coming years. We're already seeing a trend where unhinged guys just walk up to random women and punch them, and I suspect that's only the beginning. But those incel dudes won't be the worst of it. What women _really_ need to be concerned about are the normal guys - law-abiding, nonviolent, mentally healthy.... All they have to do is drop out of the dating game in large enough numbers. With no hope of getting married or starting families, they will radically alter their spending and working habits, which will utterly devastate the economy.

It's good that they react that way. It means we're hitting a nerve.

They'll never admit it, but they fear men having more agency, if we become more self-governed, principled and discriminating. They also fear men kicking down sex and intimacy several orders of priority.

This because then the manipulative tool "Agree with us or we shame you/deem you unfuckable" becomes absolutely useless.

Human mind is not rational. Human mind is not just, or moral, but it is undeniably cruel. Sense of justice is built-in in us, but not the code. On principle, you can visit any prison and you'll find its half full of innocent people and the other half had to do it because society forced them. ( I am saying on principle because its not like innocent people don't get fu****. I am not talking about this, I am talking about the facts any prison psychologist will tell you).
Empathy is not built in, but need to be taught. Sympathy is, but people in general confuse the two. To understand each other we need the first, not the second mascarading as first (what would I do if I were me but you, not what you are and why).

I encourage you to look up events of mass hysteria, mass hallucination, etc. Stuff like Salem Witch Trials, or the Dance Epidemic in Medieval Europe. You have hundreds upon hundreds of cases. It matters little if you believe that some of them are aliens, magic, demons or CIA. The evidence for the underlying mechanisms that allow such things to happen is what is important here.
Ever been in a riot, or a gang war? The most rational people you'll know suddenly lose their minds with the crowd. Its like an tangible emotion, a motion. Man and women who never seen combat or training suddenly pick their roles in violence, its coordinated, calculated. Yet still feels like a trance. No rational thought can break it, no appeal to empathy. Its like everyone is possessed by a spirit and it comes as suddenly as it goes away. I noticed once that before a shoot-out happens the street freezes and its almost as if the air itself picks up the quality of violence. Some people notice and scatter like birds before the rain. There must be some science behind this too but I am not versed in the material. Its my personal observation, but I found out there is no magic behind it. Its that people signal their intent 99,9% of the time. The signal is not universal, some I think even try to specifically act nonchalantly to hide their intent. Its grotesque. I am not a soldier and I am not talking regular warfare, though I imagine army dudes could share a similar observation.

Anyway, what I am trying to say is, I believe that we are reaching the stage where mass hysteria will become a common occurrence, so everyone should learn about it else they'll be swept by the current too, and I am terrified to think this, because there is nothing we can do to stop this it at this point. Majority of us don't even have a voice. We don't even live in the same reality anymore.

To explain it.

What has been going on, and is in a feedback loop, is during budget drafting, organisations make a lot of noise and astroturf to get funding.

So, for example, someone starts promoting a slogan "I feel safer meeting a bear in the woods...", to get funding.

Young women then pick up on this and repeat it without realizing how batshit crazy it is, thinking there's a crowd of women in agreement.

The press see it selling papers so they print it.

It spins around the web and dies down until the next budget time.

Women as a group are chronically online and can’t handle their emotions so most PR teams are afraid of them.

I honestly think it’s time for a men’s exodus of digital communication/media. The only way to beat a game like this is to stop playing. Go outside, make connections in your community, stop interacting with a system that is designed to exploit you to gain the favor of people who are louder and more fragile.

I hope this gets some critical thought and used in other ways by anyone who sees it...I am going to try make this easy to understand from my PoV at least...

I believe this sub is one of the larger 'pro-men' subs and it has approx 2% of users vs one of the larger 'pro-women' subs.

Now, in terms of how this relates to your OP (for highlighting or suppressing messaging around these societal issues), extrapolate that % out as a napkin math est., across all social media, agendas, normal media, societal institutions, hollywood, etc. Whether this is happening naturally or an intentional form of division, that is where it all not just makes sense to me, but even a sort of common sense that this is where we would end up in society.

Edit: Also will mention, the extremes on either side, are clearly tolerated more on one side, while blanket censored on another far more often, and that feeds alot of it imo too, and thats without getting into all the other niche agendas with seemingly...disproportionate coverage.

Seems you're asking why you see so much of that. It's mostly due to internet algorithms. The internet learns what you're interested in reading, and 'feeds' you more of that.

And it works for the haters too. They get more of the twisted one-sided information that they reacted too. And it makes them more hateful.
