"Misogyny" and "incels" are overused.

For the people overusing It basically just means :

"I don't have anything good to say in an argument or I can't persuade you, so I'm just blindly gonna say you hate women and you can't get sex to try to shame you for your audacity to criticize some women and call foul on their bullshit."

Even if they know it ain't true.

It is just a word used for manipulation. It is a character assassination attempt to make you have to try and defend yourself and you can’t disprove a negative. Here’s a tip: You know what is right. Never let anyone tell you who you are or what you mean. Some people are fools. You have to be okay being hated or disliked or misunderstood. Don’t let it get to you. Their delusional belief system is their problem. That is just assuming that they legitimately think you are actually a misogynist. They could very well know they are trying to manipulate your and other peoples’ perceptions so they can put your in a validation seeking or subordinate position. Reject their nonsense. Mock and make fun of them if you are in a place where you cannot be fired if you have the wit for intellectual combat. I’d suggest watching stand up comedy from the past to sharpen your wit. If you are in a professional place and cannot risk losing everything, all you have to say is “I don’t agree with the way you see this. I have a different opinion than you” or play dumb and get them to explain why you are being misogynistic. Ask questions that lead them to having to explaining why you cannot have an opinion they disagree with or feign misunderstanding to the point of absurdity, “I just don’t understand where you are coming from with this”.

I can't remember hearing the word misandry from anyone outside of an MRA group. I don't think anyone even knows it exists. Funny how the so-called "woke" always are very one sided on issues.

Various people overuse all kinds of words to refer to much more minor things than they were originally intended to refer to. Like the boy who cried wolf these people use these strong words to get what they want now, at the cost of bringing the value of these words down to nothing. But Eventually it won’t just be that you stop believing 1 kid calling out wolf and fire, but society as a whole will stop caring about these words or anyone labeled as them because their meaning has been tainted to stop meaning anything.

Sexism example: thinking men are incapable of controlling themselves and can’t stop themselves from raping women, so you want to enact laws that give men a curfew to make it safe for women at night.

Sexism wolf: pointing out biological and psychological differences between men and women. Likes men’s increased likelihood to take riskier choices being a large factor in men being most CEO’s, but it also causes many more men to lose a lot most of the time. “you’re just a sexist who wants men to be in control of everything and excusing”

Incel example: someone who thinks that women have way too much power and control in the dating market and are very bitter about this. Some wish women would change, and some want to force women to change, some just want revenge and fantasize about doing unspeakable things to women

Incel wolf: you support men’s rights so you must be a bitter incel who hates women.

Racism example: thinking that some races are inherently inferior to others in various aspects like intellectual capacity, and just worth and value as a human. (Although some races are inherently superior in some medical and physical aspects, for example some races are significantly more likely to suffer from certain diseases regardless of upbringing. And some races tend to be more physically adept and grow taller than others.)

Racism wolf: supporting merit based systems and ignoring race. You’re racist for being blind to race and not letting it be a factor in who you hire, or who you let into your college, etc.

Pedophile example: someone who has the desire to sexually assault underage human beings.

Pedophile wolf: someone who likes anime.

Rape example: drugging someone involuntarily and forcing them into sex acts while intoxicated.

Rape wolf: visually ogling a woman in an attractive outfit

These people just call whatever they want these horrible words. And they call whoever they want these horrible things to slander them for next to nothing. But eventually if this keeps happening, their meaning will get watered down from their original meanings to something like the wolf meanings. And then we’ll live in a world where sexism, racism, rape, incels, pedophilia, etc are all normal reasonable things that a normal person can do on a daily basis on purpose and on accident and it’s AOK (not because these things aren’t wrong anymore, but because the words don’t mean what you think anymore)

The term 'misogynist' has now become synonymous with 'anti-feminist'.

But there is a major difference between the two..

Anti-feminist is someone who disagrees with political and financial policies of feminism. He may not necessarily hate women.

But feminists use that term to silence anyone who opposes them. Even when he has many valid points.
Its now a silencing static to silence opposition to feminism.

No different from how Nazis did to jews.

I stopped caring about being called a misogynist or an incel long ago since that’s the standard response when I say I refuse to get married or have kids and prefer to spend time with my friends or hobbies.

Of course. Any time anyone criticizes a woman for any reason you can find someone calling it misogyny. If someone comments positively on a woman's appearance it's sexualization/objectification. If someone comments negatively it's bodyshaming.

If anyone does any of this to a man it goes unnoticed or uncounted.

Misogyny and similar ones are all meme words.

In theory, misogyny means hatred against women, and etymologycally means that as well (greek root, miséō "I hate" + gunē "women" μισέωγυνέ). But is used in any context, even feminists get sometimes accussed of "misogyny" and as such the word is just theoretical, without any real life example that can be described as such, unlike misandry.

Hello my friend I'm also from the Philippines. Pardon my rant please.

I have noticed that Filipinos have a huge bias in favor of women, even in law. As you know we have the Violence Against Women and Children law but no law equivalent for Men and especially battered husbands.

I asked my college prosecutor prof about what law protects battered husbands and he said that the Philippines doesn't have a law specifically protecting husbands from abuse, therefore only regular law applies.

I also noticed that rape laws cannot be applied to male victims since the law says, and I'm not shitting you:

1) By a man who shall have carnal knowledge of a woman under any of the following circumstances:

a) Through force, threat, or intimidation; b) When the offended party is deprived of reason or otherwise unconscious; c) By means of fraudulent machination or grave abuse of authority; and d) When the offended party is under twelve (12) years of age or is demented, even though none of the circumstances mentioned above be present.

2) By any person who, under any of the circumstances mentioned in paragraph 1 hereof, shall commit an act of sexual assault by inserting his penis into another person’s mouth or anal orifice, or any instrument or object, into the genital or anal orifice of another person. —

This law is extremely sexist against men. Rape against women is punishable by Reclusion Perpetua (Life imprisonment), while rape against men is only charged with sexual assault and punishable by 6-12 years.

A recent news article May 07, 2022 I read:

Agusan del Norte Rep. Lawrence Fortun said the new law not only increases the age for determining statutory rape to below 16 years of age, but it also makes statutory rape gender neutral.

Fortun said this means that the law protects not only female, minors but also members of the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender community.

"As one of its House authors, I am elated that our collective efforts at pushing for stronger protection against rape and other forms of sexual abuse are advancing. The signing into law of Republic Act 11648 is a major step forward," he said.

He, however, noted that a number of notable provisions in the House version were NOT included in the final version, including the expansion of the definition of rape to consider certain other acts of sexual perversion as rape, the presumption of lack of consent on the part of a rape victim, and the removal of the archaic forgiveness clause which frees from criminal responsibility a culprit who marries his victim.

"Nevertheless, RA 11648 is already an important victory for Filipino women and children. We pray that the next Congress will push for the reforms not included in this new law," Fortun said.

Notice how they never mentioned anything about male victims? And to top off, they didn't include the expansion of the definition of rape to presumption of lack of consent on the part of a rape victim, which obviously will be useful for male victims.

And don't get me started when some of our presidential candidates, Lacson, Isko (PH election on May 9 for those who don't know) got in a conference and asked that one of the candidates, Leni (who is a woman) to back down from the election. The Leni fanclub all called them as misogynist and "Walang itlog" (No balls). Even though they specifically said that this was NOT because she is a woman but because of the toxic Political Tribalism in the Philippines (Another story for another day). They all cry misogyny when it isn't there but have no problem mocking the male candidates not being "real men". I'm not a diehard for any of them, I'm just pointing out the hypocrisy.

The Philippines will become a feminist den in the future if we don't call out the bullshit.

I have no idea of what to say about this one is just the right answer to all questions is the way to help out with this situation or not to do anything with the people I know that I have been talking too much about the way I felt when I was on my own when it came to the house I am trying to get in to get my stuff and then I can take a look at my car and see if there is anything I could possibly find the right direction to go into the next time I was in the middle of nowhere and I had a really hard time getting in touch with all worlds and sex is a good thing for my life that is not just a thing I don't want to lose you have to be honest with yourself and your relationship with my own self and the right person is getting ready to start the process of getting a new home for you and if it would be the first place that has been a great success in our lives as a person who is the first one I know that is the only way that I can get to the store and the next two things would appreciate your help and help you get a free time to learn about me and my friends is a really big chunk of my own life in this area and the world that is more complex than I thought it would be.
