I’m dumbfounded. I was raped by a guy a couple years ago and finally told my girlfriend and was told I should get tested for aids or STDs or something. We were gonna get tested together, but in my area, there is a women’s clinic that has free STD tests, but the whole area is obviously for women. So I had to go to the only other one in my area and pay $108 to get a test because there was nowhere within a 2 hour drive that had free STD tests for men.

Edit: a lot of ppl are saying it should be free since it was a crime. I’m not opening up abt what happened to anyone. Also, yes I live in a fairly rural area, closest planned parenthood is 2 hours away near Baltimore.
