This is derived from a position expressed by Catharine McKinnon in 1981 which was controversial among feminists at the time and since, e.g. Naomi Wolf calls it "victim feminism".

1981 is not modern, that is well back in the second wave.

Describing something as encapsulating within a nutshell involves expertise in analysing that subject. OP's expertise seems to be more in blind rage than analysis, as evidenced by his picture allegedly of an unsourced, decontextualised, unattributed quote. It looks like a bit of shitposting from TiA, it could be anything including 100% fake.

It is not doxxing to source a quote if that person is a public figure e.g. a feminist of note. It is not stupid cherry-picking if the context is linked and dated.

I see no point in making an outrage post about a sentence allegedly written by a nobody, when both the ID of the nobody and any possible context are both unverifiable because of the site rules. The problem of fake news is going to get worse not better and this sort of crap just encourages it.

This is why women are rarely in positions of power (only 4% of CEOs are women) and the real reason why women don't succeed at anything 95% of the time and why they had no legal rights before the 1970s in the U.S. and women still don't have legal rights in most of the world today. Children don't have legal rights for the same reasons.

On an individual bases, if a woman I knew came to me saying she had been raped, I would treat her as though she was. However, I would not assume she was telling the truth when she accused someone, I would not take a stance on the accusation and express a need for skepticism in everything.
