Disclaimer: The following post is based on the notion of BP advice being what is described in the linked post

So, above is the link to the post about BP advice working for most people. The problem with most debates about BP advice is it's believed that people aren't understanding what's being said, such as "be yourself" supposed to be meaning "be your best self".

The real problem is even "be your best self" IS NOT advice. There is no instruction or insight on how one becomes their "best self" or what it looks or feels like when you are your "best self". This, along with the rest of BP advice is feel good motivation.

The best example of this, given he is a RPish style player as well is Tai Lopez. Tai is a guy who, supposedly went from $47 in his bank account to owning multiple Beverly Hills mansions and multiple Rolls-royces. Tai has a whole paid program and instagram where he gives advice on how to be successful like him. All of the advice is motivational, some sort of wisdom, or just goal oriented thinking. Tai never actually says how he himself got so rich. He does say he does real estate, but it's unclear how he amassed the cash to even buy Beverly Hills level property. even his investment tips are just "don't get stressed out" or "keep learning".

Overall, I think Tai depicts the issue with BP advice:

It is generally motivational, it doesn't give any instruction or insight to how a person can change.
