According to TRP about 90% of men don't know that looks matter, most men are BPed betas that don't even dare to have boundaries and most people don't understand what "just be yourself" means.

Well I think that all of these arguments are nothing more than solipsism. It's easier for TRP to put the blame on all of society than to accept that they themselves are the outliers.

If what TRP says about normal men is true, then why is the ideal male body according to men muscular?

Why does the average guy think that women prefer a body that's 30 pounds more muscular than themselves if the average guy is BPed and believes that looks don't matter?

Despite modest differences between measured body fat and the amount of fat of the images chosen, men from all three countries chose an ideal body that was 28 pounds more muscular on average than themselves. The men also estimated that women preferred a male body about 30 pounds more muscular than themselves.

Why do 90% of US undergraduate men want to be more muscular if apparently 90% don't know that looks matter?

Across studies, many U.S. men (51-71%) were not satisfied with their body fat level. Further, over 90% of U.S. undergraduate men wanted to be more muscular, as did many Ukrainian (69%) and Ghanaian (49%) men. In the United States, men's ratings of their current and ideal muscularity were associated with endorsement of the male role, and many men desired increased muscularity for reasons related to increased dominance and attractiveness to women. These results suggest widespread desire for increased muscularity among men.

How come men repeatedly show such desires even though according to TRP most men are in dire need of a sidebar that tells them to lift?

Note for TRPers: I want my view to be actually challenged. Which means that I don't want usual TRP arguments like "I've been BPed therefore most men have been BPed". I want facts and not just feelings. I want data and not just solipsism.
