There are a lot of fallacies in this post. To name a few:

The majority of men getting divorced are not RPers
Married RP is actually against dominating/controlling your wife. It preaches maximizing your sexual value, seeing if your wife starts loving you again, and then staying with her or leaving her depending on how she reacts
Although "equal share of shared assets" sounds fair in theory, in practice it means transferring money from men to women, since men tend to earn more
Relationships are literally never perfectly symmetrical, in all of them one party needs the other less and is therefore more powerful. Yet, many relationships survive in spite of this

We don't. We really and truly don't. After some time there is healing, we get over it, and we find someone else. That's not the problem, and it never ever was. The 50/50 split isn't a problem either. That's actually a pretty good result and TRP would applaud if that were really the case. But it isn't.

The problem is that the system that is supposed to dictate what is fair in a divorce, isn't actually fair. There are biases that favor women - women are seen as the natural caregivers and therefore are more likely to get custody, women are seen as "oppressed" in our society so their claims of domestic violence are accepted while men's are dismissed, and finally women are more valued as the homo sapien meat bags that we all are and therefore are forgiven for many wrongdoings that would do-in a man.

My buddy went through divorce rape. His wife came to not like him a few years after they got married, but instead of simply divorcing him she decided to steal his stuff while he was out of town and claimed that he beat her. Now, he had a solid alibi at the time and there was no evidence to support her claims. However, the courts is in this state are very pro-woman and thought it was reasonable to "play it safe" by forcibly enrolling him in domestic violence classes just in case he had.

That might sound all well and good until you realize the domestic violence classes were $1000 a month and he had to do it for a solid year. That 12k on top of lawyer fees broke him financially, and now he lives alone with his dog in a studio apartment, working the night shift just to make end's meet. He has no savings and cannot retire. The inheritance he got from his father went to pay for all his debts.

That's divorce rape. That's what we object to. The system thought it was fair to believe a woman with no evidence to support her claims and punish a man by using a loophole in domestic violence laws. They couldn't arrest him, or fine him, but they could dictate that he take a class that oh by the way is thousands of dollars. A citation would have been cheaper.

That, on top of child custody and alimony, and false accusations of domestic violence and child abuse, is how it's done.

All relationships are, at their core, an exchange of power.

When you're a young girlfriend living in your boyfriend's house and he hasn't married you yet, he has all of the power. He can dump you tomorrow, for any reason or no reason at all. He can kick you out. He can cheat on you. He can treat you badly. Sure, you can leave him, too, but it would be pretty inconvenient and even expensive to pack up your shit and move.

During that period of your life, when your boyfriend is kind to you and treats you well, you appreciate it, because he doesn't have to. He could be a total asshole. But instead, he's choosing to take good care of you. He has power over you. He completely dominates your life. But your sex life is good, you love him, and he loves you.

Once you and your boyfriend get married, there's a shift in power. Now you have most of the power. You can divorce him for any reason or no reason at all. When you do so, in most states, you will get primary custody of any children pretty much by default, a healthy child support payment, the house, and at least 50% of the marital assets if not more. Before, he could leave you for any reason or no reason, for free, and the only reason he was around was because he loved you. But now, he can't leave you. Not without lawyers and money and losing his children. Suddenly, you don't have to have sex with him if you don't feel like it. Or do anything around the house. Or treat him kindly. You rule the roost now.

Most women, after marrying their boyfriends, find that after a brief honeymoon phase, their sexual desire starts to cool off. And they start to notice a bunch of annoying things about their husband. And they start to get more comfortable pointing those things out and making more requests. And the way their husband responds to their requests is aggravating to them.

Something about having a powerless man doing for her subconsciously repulses a woman. Something about a powerful man who could leave at any second and pull the rug out from under her choosing to be with her and loving her anyway excites a woman.

When your powerless husband suddenly stands up and tries to be dominant, like he was able to back when you weren't married, it's kind of comical and pathetic, isn't it? Because you both know he's powerless.

Most men come to TRP after the divorce rape because they weren’t leading. They were blind-sided by their wife’s decision to end the marriage because she was bored, tired of him, fell out of love with him, or whatever reason she’s leaving him for.

In his mind, he was doing everything right.

I don’t know about your particular situation but there has been a trend lately of women posting about breaking up with their boyfriend after discovering some “Red Pill entitlement” in their men. I’m highly skeptical the real reasons for these women leaving have anything to do with Red Pill ideas. They’ve likely just found a convenient opposing team to pour out word diarrhea in outrage.

From now on, no woman will want to spread her legs for the guy who travels by bus, is on a constant edge of homelessness, and under constant threat of going to prison. Hence the term "divorce-rape" - just like women who are victims of rape often report that men don't want them anymore, even men they loved and trusted.

They could hop on the next dick without destroying the life of their previous partner, without taking their house and car, without taking away their kids, without filing for a bullshit restraining order that gets put on the guy's public record and shoots down his means of self-sustenance, including but not limited to his driver's license.

The whole premise is based on the assumption that men will definitely end up without custody and will definitely have to pay child support.

However, men are capable of getting custody if they fight for it and can get child support if he makes less money. The opportunity is equal, the outcome isn't. And that's going to be determined on a case by case basis.

Yes of course. You knew a long long time ago that there was no other outcome. It's a shame that we are too big of cowards to just go to the end, and end the end of the bad relationship.
