They are less concerned with pregnancy when having sex with someone really good looking. It almost is a blessing to some of them. But not all women are like this but I've definitely heard of women like this

Both men and women are more likely to engage in unprotected sex with partners they perceive to be attractive. The funny thing is that this bias although it results in the same behaviour for both genders, it demonstrates the following difference. Men are more likely to have unprotected sex with women they perceive as attractive because they believe they are less likely to have STDs. Women are more likely to have unprotected sex with men they perceive as attractive, despite believing an attractive man is more likely to have STDs.

So you can see some cognitive dissonance at play in the second case.

My first thought was that there is probably some sort of "attractiveness coercion" at play where a person would be more willing to skip condoms in order to bed a hotter partner, particularly if you considered them to be "out of your league".

Based on a brief glance at the article's methods the interesting thing is that the study did collect women's ratings their "own attractiveness". However I can't identify how it was used in the analysis (at first glance it appears not to have been used at all).

Not proud, but of the 6 or so hookups I've had this year - none of them even mentioned a condom and I didn't use one.

My gf told me, although virgin previous to this relationship (she did other stuff, but never PIV), would never let her ex have sex with her without a condom.

She said the only reason she lets me is because she feels extremely comfortable in this relationship. And we already talked about how if she got pregnant, we wouldn't see it as something negative. Maybe a bit of unfortunate timing lol.

Hm. Can’t speak to the data but I’m equally insistent with every guy I have sex with that we use protection. That being said, I don’t perceive any guys I fucked as unattractive so there’s no way to draw a relationship between attractiveness and my personal condom use intentions.

I can be convinced not to use condoms through 2 main drivers: * Recent test results * If he makes me cum so hard without his dick that I am so aroused that I’m begging for him to fuck me

I am not sure. In my many one night stands/flings/LTRs I’ve never used a condom, like ever. For me, condoms are a huge turn off, to the point where I prefer to not get laid instead of using them. And I tell that to my girls upfront. 100% of the time so far they were ok with me going in raw

I don't know about this. This isnt' all of it. I think this ignores the comfort factor. Yes she has to be attracted to rawdog. But I also think she might make a hot guy wrap it if she doesn't like or trust him all that much. I'm an average guy, and I used to get "have to wrap it" more than I do now. I find that if she feels she knows or trusts me, she'll let me rawdog.

That, and women tell me they hate condoms as much as men do.
