I remember when I was in high school I had a math teacher who was telling us about how we should watch out when we’re In college when it comes like partying and drinking culture for guys and girls both.

I also remember having people come into health class to talk about how drunk folks can’t consent and that it’s usually the person who is least drunk job to make sure they’re not taking advantage of someone.

Why do colleges turn a blind eye to underage drinking but then clamp down hard on any person reported to have sexually assaulted someone in these context without any further investigation?

Especially worse too that some colleges brag being party schools.

To my own intuition men seem to be ones with more responsibility to make sure that someone is capable to consent compare to women. If anyone could provide me evidence to the contrary.
