If either me or my husband lost our junk, I would hope we could work together to get creative and maintain our sexual relationship.

This post is nuts and a half. I would do 99% of the same stuff I already do. My guy and I are partners in navigating life, in enjoying our hobbies, in relaxing, and in supporting each other emotionally through the hard things. Meanwhile I do all I can for him just because I love him; I cook, clean, organize outings he’ll enjoy, organize our lives. When it came time for sex stuff we would figure it out. The whole framing of that question is crazy. It's especially crazy to a bi woman, but let's just assume for the sake of simplicity that the partner is a man and we have a lot of PIV sex. (Otherwise this comment will be a novel)
