I recent post here asked women if they would date a red piller and the answer was a resounding "hell no." As someone who does not consider himself a red piller, this was somewhat confusing to me.

Originally TRP was about white dudes, notably white racial preservationists (aka supremacists) making the case that men are more oppressed in society and that white people are being unfairly ridiculed. This was about 10 years ago.

Being that a lot of these groups have broadened out, I figured the definition of TRP has also become more broad. I personally thought it was men who believed that women should be house wives and that men should be providers and was essentially the return to traditional, nuclear, heteronormative familial households. Because I believe this, I was kind of shocked to see how many women said no to dating a red pill man, considering how many conservative women groups like Female dating strategy specifically desire this lifestyle and want it to be provided to them by men.

Many women in that thread seemed to indicate that TRP are woman haters and at the same time womanizers. I plainly see many of them as dudes who fell backwards economically, or have trouble competing with women financially on a hypergamous level, and thus have trouble with women, given that their own philosophy requires they significantly out earn women. This is obviously difficult given how many women work full time in today's society.

A lot of what I saw in there made me realize that many of us are using different definitions for these pill groups. Is there a universal definition? If not, how do you identify red pill vs blue pill, and where does purple pill intersect on that spectrum for you personally?
