I'm reading the rational male rn. And a lot of other "red pill books" the problem with red pill isn't that it's being done - it's that only one gender is applying it. If both genders applied a lot of this stuff (not all) it would make for the eglitarian relationship every feminist wants.

Just from the beginning of the book:

Understanding the ONEitis thing to prevent getting stuck with the wrong partner.

Understanding how power dynamic works: Who holds the most power needs the other the least - but also - "control in a healthy relationship passes back and forth as desire and need to dictate. In an unhealthy relationship you have an unbalanced manipulation for this control"

Comprimise will be necessary but recognizing when it comes from manipulation is key. Understanding what leads to people not respecting you anymore.
