I got some grinding action at the first freshman parties in college, simply because I was not fat and tall (6'1"). Couldn't really bring them to the dorm cuz I still pedestalized the pussy and beta'd out (once had a girl in my room, was nervous, and started talking about courses FML).

Read up on TRP, abundance mentality, outcome independence, PUA flirting tips, and boom, fixed shit up quick. Ever since then, my only priority has been to keep increasing my SMV. All that shit bloopers say RPers neglect - being genuinely interested in a woman, connecting, true love, that shit's easy to do. But it can come later. You need to selfishly build yourself up now, if you want any kind of satisfaction with your life later.

I don't think TRP, as in the principles and theories, is misguided. Its execution can vary between the users and their SMP handicaps they have to work with.

Some of TRP is misguided. A number of members confuse sexual strategy is amoral with "anything I do to get sex and how I treat women is beyond judgment.". Which, of course, is complete bullshit.

However, an emphasis on physical fitness, confidence and understanding male/female dynamics can make a huge difference. Regardless of your body type OP, weight training, diet and fitness enables you to sculpt a body of your (almost) choosing. The only real limits are knowledge and commitment.

Reading up on and utilizing communication techniques will improve your chances of attracting women. In my experience, looks can get you to their table but a personality can get them in your arms.

If you are feeling bitter and depressed, that is likely the vibe you give out. No one is going to find that attractive. If it's situational then you need to change your situation. If it's chronic then you need to see a doctor and get treatment. TRP is a fan of my namesake's book The Meditations. Everyone can learn a lot from it.

No one, Blue or Red, owns any of these ideas. To spurn them all because you have been offended by the actions of a few will only result in you punishing yourself.

Yeah, but the red pill is largely about overcoming bitterness and insecurity. It's not the PUA forum you liken it too. TRP is just the acknowledgement that the game is rigged, and ways to be a success in every arena, not just how many girls you sleep with. and it's not an endorsement of woman-hating.

I'd just like to say, I think you brought up a good point in addressing the bitterness that's commonplace over at TRP. From my experience lurking these forums, TRPers often resort to misogyny and contempt towards "non-believers" as a response to their personal frustrations, and are quick to rationalize their foul behavior as "being in the anger phase". I've said this before, I'll say it again. Outside of its unhealthy beliefs and absurd misogyny, TRP has nothing unique or exclusive to offer. It's quite simple. If sex is the end-goal, being attractive, regardless of gender, provides an advantage in romantic interactions. Want to improve your odds? Exercise. Eat well. Get healthy. Work on your social skills. Develop your personality and interests. Improve your confidence. This is all well-accepted advice in society.
