She said that he treats her like a princess and if she wants to do those things, let her and all the power to her.

It's sad that feminism fought for women to be able to choose their own lives and how they want to live them and yet some women want to knock down other women because they don't agree with their choices and lifestyle.

Eh, not my thing but it sounds like it works for her. Neither you nor I know what her relationship is like. Maybe he does treat her the way she wants to be treated and this works great for them, maybe she's being treated poorly and she's convinced herself that this is fine. I'm not comfortable making sweeping conclusions about some random person's life from a minute and a half of video.

She sounds to be living the life she wants, and that's what feminism was all about, so we could all have a shot at living how we want.

Also talking down to, babying and pretending women don't know anything isn't a very kind thing to do, she's made her choice and seems very happy in how her relationship is.

She knows better than you, and no amount of being a dick will change a women's feelings on a relationship. Weather Ur angry her bfs older, younger, controlling, passive, uninvolved, clingy, you won't win.

Culture, upbringing, being desperate, not knowing any better or genuinely liking this deal for whatever reason. I think the most hopeful option is that it’s just their kink. It isn’t something I can relate to but if it’s just a kink they have made this choice willingly and knowingly. It’s the worst if they were raised in it and they’ll keep raising their kids in the same way.

It's their natural state. It works better. This why the church and family matters. The right man should respect it. A man that doesn't know much will exploit it. This is one of the problems with women being free in the wind. Her natural state is to submit. If the man isn't in or part of a community there is no accountability. There's a difference if I go to my girls dad or her church community. I'm like. I love her. I want to protect her. Have children. In exchange. We are exclusive. I want her handing the house while I work out in the world. My job serves large amounts of people in the community. Her "submission" helps the community health. These are the things that people in a selfish ego driven culture have trouble understanding.

I don’t see anything wrong with this as long as they aren’t financially 50/50.

She says she doesn’t view them as equals, which is totally fine to have as a dynamic if that’s what you want. Some people don’t want to be a leader, they would rather be lead. It’s not for everyone.

BUT if she’s saying / doing all of that and still paying 50 / 50… then I don’t get it. You can’t say you aren’t “equals” and then still be expected to give 50% towards your finances… Because what else is he bringing to the table if you’re doing everything for him AND yourself? 🥴 Maybe companionship? Idk…? That’s what friends are for though lol…
