Pink pill and r/Vindicta is more what you're thinking of. Think about content creators like SheRa Seven and ManifestElle. They use femininity to increase their position in the world, to attract what's best for them - including provider men who spoil their gfs/wives. While there's some overlap in the strategies, the reasoning and goals are very different from red pill women. Technically it's pink pill, but the basic "theory" about male/female sexual selection and attraction comes from the same place, which is why you're perceiving it to be the same.

There's a lot more to red pill for women than to just be feminine and receive. A lot of it has to do with giving and your value to your man. Fulfilling a man's needs so that yours are met, too (in whatever way this looks like for the couple in question, which may not always be financial provision).

As far as feeling bad... I don't. To my knowledge my man isn't on any pill forums, and all the strategies I've soaked up from lurking on RPW has worked in creating the kind of relationship where we both feel desired and valued. I've found that he loves leading and I like supporting, and the efforts I do for him has "paid off" in him being a provider, but it's not like it happened straight from day one. The signs were there from the beginning -- like him paying for dates and some stuff if I went shopping -- but I didn't abuse that and always gave back. Why would I feel bad when a lot of the advice in this sub is about self care, being confident in yourself, and being the best version of yourself?

Reframe your expectations. If you are looking for a man to commit to a LTR… prove that you are stable enough and add enough value to be an ASSET in a LTR!

Paying to get a wheel lock off is not a super stable look. It really looks like you don’t have your stuff put together if you are out here getting your car booted. Absolutely no offense intended, things happen to everyone and to GOOD people every day… but it may have been a yellow flag for him to see you go through that. The “financially unstable, looking for a meal ticket” flag may have gone up in his mind… so having you pay your own way for at least part of the date could have been what it took to put his mind back at ease.

If you are not stable, and looking for a provider to dig you out of whatever economic circumstances you find yourself in, or you are still a student and taking on debt without plans to use your degree long-term… be VERY careful not to let that show for a couple dates. This type of helplessness may inspire some good men to swoop in and be Batman… and it may inspire other men to take you financially captive and be their plaything (sugar baby situation). I would focus on working on yourself first, to make sure you are in a position to offer value in a LTR, before shooting for the moon and looking for a trad guy provider type. 💕💕

This is why I facepalm a little that so many women have come to RPW recently hoping to snag “provider men” and in reality end up as glorified sugar babies at worst or find their efforts futile at best. Are you really that surprised that the men who are completely okay with women not even offering to pay or split are more likely to be controlling?

No, our strategy is not derived from sugar babies. We have had a couple ECs who have dabbled in that realm, but they are ECs, and not the MANY, MANY other sugar babies who come here and quickly realize that RPW is not for them, because they know how to tailor their advice to ALL women who want healthy male-led relationships, not just those looking for a cash cow.

The official RPW wiki approach to who should pay on dates is to offer once, and have enough social awareness to figure out where to go from there, so it makes me wonder if you’ve actually looked into our fundamentals, or you’re just labeling whatever some rando has said as “red pilled”. Although a lot of male red pill strategies are amoral, and in theory RPW strategies are as well, in practice I don’t think I’ve come across much from RPW ECs or the wiki that I would feel bad for using. The vast majority of what this sub has to offer is very conducive to successful, long term relationships where both partners are happy.

RPW is not sugar baby school. If you are getting sugar baby results, perhaps you need to take the time to re-read the sidebar, or you need to question if your desire for a “provider” and being “taken care of” are being over-prioritized in your strategy.

Having a man be the full provider is similar to having a sugar daddy. The main difference though, is the womanis providing other aspects of the relationship to make it even. Men may provide the income, but women provide the home. You cook, clean, make and raise babies; in exchange you have a man who provides for your wants, needs and bills.

Our economy is such currently that this dynamic is no longer equal un this respect. Women have to give more, and be more feminine to get the same results. Men now have to be courted and wooed so they understand you're wife material.

My bf broke it down as; there are women who are party girls. These are your tiktockers, influencers, etc, who want to go out, get drunk, have a different man every night. Then there are women who they want to be in a ltr with. The ones you want to introduce to their mom.

Group a is currently the loudest, and so men are treating all women like group a. You have to prove you're part of group b.

Full text: I switched to tactics like being fully in my feminine, leaning back and receiving, not offering to pay, etc. It yielded results. I was attracting providers but also men that were controlling or using me in some way (e.g. rebounding).

I went on another first date tonight. It was supposed to just be an activity, but he suggested having dinner first. He then asked if it would be okay if he paid for my dinner. I accepted and thanked him, but he made some comments about equality and me not having a job as a student… It seemed less like he thought the man “should” pay, so when we got to the activity (which was fairly pricy), I offered to get my ticket. Provision is a husband benefit or at least a serious LTR boyfriend benefit. It's not for the early dating stage.
