Even after a year and half i'm still having a hard time internalizing the concepts here. Been lifting, working, even doing sports but still can't get though my head the core ideas here and put them into effect. My question is how long did it take you to finally internalize these concepts and how did you project/use them in your life? That and how long did it take you/what was your come to Jesus moment?

In No More Mr. Nice guy there are multiple points where the author encourages the reader to hang out with younger boys to practice being a masculine father figure. Does the act of helping younger people in turn help you become a better man, or is it just giving something back? And where can I interact with young people without looking like a creepy weirdo? I used to live in a very lively place where the kids from the neighborhood bugged me to play football with them, but I'm now living in a ghost town.

I'm living in one European country. Recently I moved from the countryside into the big city for work. I work as junior java developer.

My question is - how to meet new friends and girls in a new city?

Majority of my coworkers are significantly older than me and are either in a LTR or marriage. They're in their comfort zones, they hang out with their old buddies and are not really interested in meeting someone new. There's one guy who's my age and he's in a similar situation like me, so we became friends. We are hanging out from time to time, but most of the time he's back in his hometown during weekends since he's living around 30 km away from his parents.

I like to swim and ride my bike, but just can't manage to meet anyone. Here's everything around social proof and social circles and I have no way to build them when I don't know anyone. I tried cold approaching, but it doesn't work, girls here just don't trust strangers at all. Tinder and dating sites are trash, male to female ratio is around 80:20. Girls don't use them because they're worried that someone they know could recognize them. It's really frustrating. I know someone suggested me dance school, but I suck at dancing. I have no idea what to do. Next year I'm most likely moving to Germany for a better paid job, but in the meantime I'm just sitting here by myself in my apartment banging my head.

Not sure where else to go with this question, but I'll try here one more time. I've been away for a while for basic training and I made a lot of friends. One in particular was just hit with some news that shouldn't come to a surprise to anyone here.

Now that he's officially enlisted his wife has turned a 180 and wants a divorce, refuses to give him a reason, and is taking his 2 kids away from his reach.

I feel like I've heard this one a hundred times now. But it's different now that it's someone I've gotten know, someone I live with, and suffered along side with.

Legal says there's nothing he can do about it and he's deploying within the year, but his life has just been totally fucked and he has no idea what to do about it.

If there is any advice you good folk could impart to him for me I'll make sure he gets it. I asked him to ask himself but he's not comfortable with asking strangers and doesn't know about trp.

I'm 18, graduated in June, still working my seasonal job in my hometown with a population of like 5000 and now there are no tourists and I'm getting frustrated as I have no clue where to go to actually meet girls. Maybe it's a mental thing but every guy from this place (and mind you I was friends with every guy in my tiny ass school) agrees that there are no local females worth any effort, and now that I'm gridded there's even fewer and my sexual frustration is getting worse. In high school. Couple weeks in now and there's this girl. Been lurking on this sub for a few months now and am very familiar with everything after reading the sidebar. Used to be an orbiter of this girl last year but this year things have changed. Have been called, "asshole," numerous times (the good way) and have greatly improved my SMV since last year. I have embraced the DGAF mentality (somewhat struggling) and have tried to keep abundance mentality, although I pretty much fake it, because I'm a virgin.

Yesterday we were in study hall and she was blowing up my phone for me to help her with her homework but I was already working on a group project with my friend, so I followed my red pill voice that was telling me I needed to take on the DGAF mentality, so I straight up told her I won't ditch my group to help her with homework that she is perfectly capable of doing herself.

Next period is my english class, and we normally have a fun, flirty, touchy vibe going, but she is completely pissed so she instead ignores me. Ever since that day, she ignored me. Literally gave me no attention for about 8 days. I responded during that entire 8 days by again, taking on that DGAF mentality and just having fun with my life as if I had never known her.

Then, today as I'm getting in my car to leave, she asks if I will be nice to her again (thinking to myself, "hell no") and offers her hand as a truce. I take her hand through the window and tell her yes (keep in mind I don't mean it. She then walks away and gives me a look and says, "I love you." I don't respond and roll my window down to leave.

I now feel like for the first time, I have full control of our relationship. Where should I go from here? Keep in mind, she has a relatively beta boyfriend and it seems to be hella awkward. How the hell would I go about making this girl a plate? Also, does anyone have any advice on how to spin your first plate? (Background: Keep in mind that I don't really have any other plates as I am relatively new to this whole game, and I am still a virgin, although I believe I am fairly red pill educated). Cheers
