I remember time before I started lifting regularly. Time when I though that you can have a body of IFBB pro, just by starting to go to the gym. A time when I was concerned woth not getting "too big" like those beef cakes on stage...
My point is, that sure, a chick could be ignorant to exact amount of effort needed, but if she goes to the gym (and I think that an average chick one wants to plate does) she will understand that your sixpack is not without effort. My dad is stuck in a toxic marriage too. He didn't divorce my mom, bcs of me, and my younger brother. I kinda hate my mother, bcs of her nonsensical reasinings, her toxic nature, and the way she handles my father. She is "always" right. She loves me, and my bro, but it's not mutual, for quite some time. I'm frightened, that my marriage will be like that, that I would follow my father's route. I'm working on the way of TRP, and I'm changing. I wasn't a typical loser before, just timid bcs of my home's depressing aura, and bcs of some other dark events of my past. I know I can't stop improving, it's a lifelong journey.
I was even thinking about share the knowledge of TRP with my dad, but I guess I'll share it with my bro, if he'll become a beta.

I think there is a certain contradiction in your reasoning. You say it should be his decision he made for himself; I think you say this because you want him to act as a self-responsible autonomous person. On the other hand, you don't grant him enough self-responsibility or autonomy to handle any information you might give him with reason and consideration and then take full personal responsibility for any decisions he might make as a result from that.
Of course you are in no way obliged to "wake him up", but if this is the main reason, you perhaps ought to reconsider.
If your father makes any decision as a result of something you tell him, it will still have been his decision and he will ultimately have to take responsibility for it either way. I mean, you don't have to go all "dad, wake up!", you could just casually state it as your personal opinion and let him make his own conclusions.

Females cannot really understand TRP. They are literally incapable of understanding their own behaviour. There are some who understand some aspects of what females do and some of what behavior between females and males interacting will entail. They are really incapable of absorbing the reasons why.
