This is coming from an Indian (19). Now I want to preface this by saying I was raised like many of you, the constant pressure to excel in academics. Math team, Science Bowl all-stars. Probably sheltered from sports and kept by the piano. Basically masters of things that make pussy dry up.

I am not a master plate spinner by any means, but I've thought a great deal about what it takes to succeed with white girls in the US.

Let's start with the stereotypes

  • We're perceived as awkward video game nerds (Starcraft, LoL etc.)
  • We're perceived as math/science guys, not a bad thing but when there's tons of us exuding the beta ooze, you gotta distance yourself from that shit.
  • By most average girls' standards, we're immediately kind of put into the "not even considered as a possibility pool"

They don't say it but they don't think of you sexually. This is why you need to break the stereotype.

I mean blow it out of the fucking water to such a degree that you become that attractive guy, that exception to the rule. How do we do this?

  • If you don't want to discontinue video games, at least don't make it obvious you play them. No Pokemon t-shirts. This is because as Asians/Indians, we're given less leeway. White guy plays video games (he's just a guy), asian guy plays video games (he's just a nerd). Break the stereotype
  • If you're a Math/Computer Science/Engineering major, you will be judged, you must make yourself interesting and don't directly tell people what you do. You're a Scuba Diving major, a Basket Weaving major, anything else that won't make them put you in the "Do Not Fuck" pile in their minds.
  • Lift like your life depends on it. Girls can't deny a hot body.
  • Black knight, break rapport, fuck with their heads and don't give a fuck. Don't be like the countless other beta Asian nice guys that are out there. Break the stereotype

These are my musings and ideas behind being more successful . A lot of the same TRP stuff applies to us, we just have to work a little harder to break the stereotype initially. Once that's broken, go to town. Let's hear some FRs from you guys in the future!
