Yes, it's wrong, but pointing it out won't help you. Do the damn course, say the right things and then get back to your job. At work you need to focus on your goals, and getting caught up in these office crusades won't help you... If anything, you'll just create enemies.

The Military's Sexual Assault Prevention training is even worse than this. Just a two hour man bashing class that I have to suffer through each year.

I actually got yelled at by the instructor one year because I questioned why a girl would hang out on the weekends with someone who has a history of harassing her in the work place. God forbid you watch out for yourself to avoid becoming a victim right?

White people are an easy target. Even if every "perpetrator" had been a different ethnicity in the video, someone could have bitched about the fact that their race was included at all as opposed to one of the obscure ones that hadn't.

More to the point, racism against white people is less likely to be socially stigmatized than racism against anyone else. Everyone expects the white guy to laugh it off, deserve it, or sit there and take it. It'll be a long time, if ever, before the narrative changes to even resemble racial impartiality.

It's because if they used a woman or a person of color or whoever, then the SJWs would flip their shit as that reflects poorly on women, POC, etc. Basically, SJWs are just as, if not more guilty of defining fictional characters by their gender/race, and so nobody is going to stick their neck out and write a black female perpetrator for fear that the SJWs they were trying to appease in the first place, coming after them with pitchforks for negatively portraying all women or black people.

I sent an email to our HR Director voicing my concern at this bigotry, and got a response. He said, "I don't see what you're talking about." I cited seven out of seven white male perpetrators in all five videos, no other perpetrators of another gender or race, and he said, "I don't know what you're talking about." No greeting or salutation by the way, just a one-line response. He is not Caucasian, by the way.

What the hell are you doing? You need to treat this type of stuff like fight club, and don't talk about it.

This is nothing. Wait until you get people trying to charity-terrorize you into participating in 'Walk a Mile in her Shoes' or the 'Trans-Friendly Information Session' you'll be forced to attend.

What reaction did you expect? Did you think that after being confronted about the issue, HR would then commission another set of harassment videos with an ethnically diverse cast of villains? The perps are all white because whoever produced these videos knows that this is what minimizes the chance he'll be accused of racism. You have no way of changing this, you are minimally affected by it and your reaction probably caused HR to take a not-positive notice of you. In this case, the red pill way would've been to shut up and keep making money.

An HR Director is primarily concerned with protecting their company. Helping the employees is their secondary role.

They're not going to say that, because the ones that do get fired.

You go to HR when you have a complaint that is backed by law, ie assault, harassment, etc. You go to HR when you want to ask for something that will make you look better to the company, ie getting tuition assistance for training or a degree.

You don't go to HR for petty shit.

If you work at a big company you're asking for trouble by challenging any of these things. Keep in mind the people who make the decisions to have this 'training' are doing it to avoid being sued and for PR reasons. They are just doing what they need too, they don't genuinely believe any of this crap.

People have referenced 48 Laws which is great advice. At work you should essentially be neutral around co-workers. Don't give any 'negative' opinions to co-workers as there's always someone who'll report you or spread rumors. You either have to fit in or find a small-business where you can be more human or start your own.

An HR director SHOULD know what you are talking about. It is part of his job.

Do not go to his superior, as this will rebound on you. You need to go right to the top of the company and explain to them why this sort of thing does not do the company any good. A carefully drafted letter demonstrating loyalty to the company and not mentioning the HR Director's behaviour will produce, at worst, a polite response to you and will probably also result in improved guidelines being handed down from above.

If they reply that you should contact your HR Director, then is the time to say that you have already done so, with unsatisfactory results, which you show them.

So there is this legal thing called a "Protected Class".

If you are a member of a protected class (ie. a minority, woman, older, gay etc...) you have legal grounds to sue for discrimination.

White males are not a protected class, and have no legal grounds to sue for discrimination. It is completely legal to discriminate against them for any reason whats so ever.

Important to know if you ever want to have employees or manage people.

To complain to your HR department regarding is probably not in your best interest.
