I've started going to the gym early in the morning as opposed to after work. I'm kinda mad at myself for not doing it earlier, because it was way easier getting up than I anticipated. I want to be a morning person.

My little brother who is in the process of swallowing the pill, said "It's weird how I expected something out of being the guy thats there for everyone" He's 16 and hitting the gym every day with me, learning how to diet, and getting straight A's in all his classes. I'm proud of him.

Been a pretty good week. Went to the gym 4/5 week days at 4am and didn't miss a single rep out of any sets as well as adding in cardio to the mix. Currently on a cut too, so trying to lose a lil weight for the summer 6 pack. Recently ended something with a girl I developed real feelz for, so focusing entirely on my mission to get my head straight right now.

Going pretty alright. Lifting three times a week, stronglift 5x5. Headspace meditation every night to keep myself on track. Rocking a 40 days streak. Still doing the 100 or more push-ups from Men of March every day. Hiking on the weekends and started doing some bakery which made me feel surprisingly good when it came all good en tasty out of the oven.

Need some help with food though... I feel hungry every day all day long even though I eat 1 sandwich at 7 am. 1 at 10 am. 2 at 1 pm and a good dinner at 6 pm. No snacks and mostly just meat on the sandwiches, no cheese or sugary shit. If anyone could tell me what I'm doing wrong, thanks in advance. 21 male, 78 KG with a blue collar job.

Made it to the gym everyday. Doing a program I wrote up that about 3x as much volume as I'm used to, but bases the number of sets on current percentage of my goal size for each body part. Sciencing the shit out of this one. Always been worried about overtraining / a bit lazy, so this was a big mental hurdle to get over.
Took my first boxing class (never did any fighting/MMA). Kicked my ass, not used to any cardio, was afraid I'd have to walk out half way through but pushed through to the end. Fun stuff, good medicine for the anger phase.
Kept up eating 3.5-5k cals a day for this bulk (challenging for me to eat that much, skinny dude). +2 lbs this week.
Began reading "The Art of Seduction". READ THIS BOOK! Pretty much described exactly how I got duped in every LTR.
Continued meeting and making conversation with a new person everyday.
Got a surprising amount of attention from a few ladies with no effort on my part. They must be able to smell the deadlifts. Just coming out of a LTR, so that's a nice ego boost.

I'm doing excellent. I've added boxing and muy thai training to my weekly activities recently, and with lifting every other day for a few months now I'm seeing results. My diet is consistent and healthy AF.

One thing I'm particularly shit at which I am now studying and practicing is conversation. I'm still a socially awkward incel, and can't start conversations with anyone nor keep them going, regardless of gender/attractiveness. I've spent the last couple days learning about how people normally go about having conversations, and I realized how much I didnt understand.

For example, the structure of a good conversation is like a branched tree, where you start on a topic, get more specific and deep, and when you run out of material down a certain path, you regress to the most recent branch and work that one. This makes the flow of the conversation smooth and turns light topics into interesting topics consistently and effeciently.

My focus of self improvement for the next week is to get better at conversation, make friends, and work towards being the guy that talks to everybody.

Well ive been dressing better, more confident my friends are even noticing im more confident and just better, not shy at all to have a normal convo with someone in my school, finally sarted working out and im already getting little gains (im skinny).

I did break frame with my mom because she shoved my little sisters head very hard (sister is 8). My mother almost threw my sis to the ground because she was mad at me for no reason. So i broke frame and almost hurt the bitch, my mom stayed away from my sister after that and now my sister and i are staying at my grandmas. Which i dont mind and im glad i get more time with my sis because im the only one that raises her. Also my sis has been well after i had a serious talk with her. Not sure if breaking frame was a failure or not.

Progress:

Testing for my brown belt in judo tomorrow morning. Led my first climb last weekend....will burn in techniques for setting up belay stations up top & self belay this weekend (to stay on the rocks since my climbing buddy/mentor is leaving town Monday). Continued improvement at Lindy Hop, close to staying for the social dance.

Watched a good looking woman my age pretty much dance around me at Jamba Juice, practically begging for me to open her. Nope. Holding out for younger women. I want nothing to do with women my age (44).

Failure:

Sat next to a very cute much younger woman who very flirty and practically vomiting IOI's at me, yet I did not escalate kino. 9 in 10 it would have gone nowhere, but to fuck younger women I have to make many more attempts.

Probably should go nofap...not for magical powers, but to spur myself to action. I've never been good at opening, and I need to get there and get there quick. 21 of my 23 adult years has been spent in LTR's with increasingly younger women (2 years younger, then 10 years younger, then 20 years younger). Still, I'm not good at getting plates in the air.

Got accepted as a transfer student into the University that I want to go to in the fall. I start my second job that I picked up for the summer on Sunday. I've hit my calorie goals for the week so have put a few more pounds on my skinny lanky 6'4 frame. I'm dunking easier and easier with every day I spend in the gym, have been really focusing on posterior chain strength.

Other than that my confidence is going up each and every day with every pound that I gain. In my mind I have about 15 more to go before I'm at a weight that I'd be comfortable with myself, but you know the target's always changing. Looking forward to the future.

90 days without alcohol. Each month is easier than the last. The first few days were brutal.

Also increased my workouts from 3-4 supersets/3 days per week to 1 superset every hour for those 3 days. I'm not working so I have the time.

I am not too fucking happy with my job, however I was in a total lethargy state where I was doing nothing to find a new decent job.

This week I finally made up mind and started looking for a new job in a very aggressive way. That makes me feel great now. I believe I will make it very soon. Awesome.

Finally started working out again. Started kicking my smoking habit. Did my first cold approach today and felt so good about it I did a few more later on. Finally cleaned up the house as well.

I'm three months into Stronglifts 5x5. Some lifts have begun stalling and to prevent this, I finish each 5th set with a pyramid set.

For squats this might look like; 5x5 at 85kg. Squeeze out any extra reps. Drop a plate each side. Max out. Drop a plate. Max out.

I have also begun strict meditation averaging 20 minutes a day.

progress: lifting every other day and gained about 10 lbs in three months. Changing diet and removing tv and excessive cell phone usage besides trp. Focusing on hobbies like guitar, cooking, and shooting. having conversations with everyone, meditating and no fap or porn (casually banging roommate on the side)

struggles: building smv and building attraction with women. also struggling socially as I recently moved to a new city and have almost no friends outside of work. its tough to go out alone and My job i three differentshifts and weekends. its tough to not depend on others and its tough to build the idgaf attitude

Improvements: Started my first career level job this week, first week went well. Also signed up for an MMA gym, starting my training next week.

Setbacks: Moved home for the summer (in college) and am dealing with living with my parents and not having my own place for a few months and it is miserable. I feel like I have no privacy or freedom. Logistics are also a nightmare, have a lot of dates I can set up from milking Tinder since I got here last week but no clue where I can even take it besides the chicks place. I feel like I'm back in high school.

Finally moved out on my own, at 18 it's a very reasonable time to do so but I've been mentally ready since I was 16, it's felt like a long time coming. Started university classes again today after a year-long hiatus, feels great to have purpose again. I want to get into the gym and the swimming pool, and definitely go out and meet new people. Need to get a job in my new town as well.

Fairly productive week.

Successes: Worked out every day this week. Been alternating Lift and Run days. Haven't smoked weed. Getting back in the groove of studying. Need to get my ass in the gym and hit legs today. Going to Vegas in July so I'm trying to cut a few pounds.

Failures: Should've studied more. Ate Chick Fil A for breakfast today, but a little cheat meal never hurt anybody.

Up at 7am everyday, straight to the gym!!! Lift heavy, feel great. Did my first unassisted wide grip pull ups, got 3 out with utterly terrible form haha, but it's great to be improving! I'm not doing too well with my anger (it helps at the gym) but at other times it feels like it is consuming me. If anyone has any tips about moving past anger they would be much appreciated?

Just starting out with the forum. Going through the readings (finished no more mr. nice guy, going through the rational male).

Starting with the basics, everyone talks about the importance of going to the gym, but I find my energy and motivation more strongly suited for outside/nature activities. Is there any real benefit to the gym environment specifically, or is the principle of the activity (stay active, stay healthy, etc.) More important than the environment itself? Is there something special about the gym specifically I wouldn't get by, say, trail running (or something similar)?

Swallowed the Pill about a week ago. I've been reading and reading and reading. When I think I've read enough I read more. I can say that my mentality of women and just how things work has greatly improved. I've been going back to the gym 4x a week, unfortunately I can only do Legs and abs due to an injury. I'm experimenting my game through Tinder in terms of openers, closers, and keeping things short sweet and to the point (assert dominance). So far it's going well. I've had a few slip ups that bring out some beta behaviors, but I've noticed them, think of what went wrong and stop myself from doing it next time. I find keeping a journal really helped me map out my day to day, my mistakes, and my successes.

I watched some tutorials on making better YouTube content. This is probably the best lecture series i've EVER seen! It speaks to me in a way that I can understand.

Just about finished reading "The Subtle Art Of Not Giving A Fuck".

I failed by showing my frustration in public tonight. I went to a night club for the first time in a LONG time and left irritated. None of the girls wanted to dance with the dudes and the dudes were dancing with each other and gaying it up. I didn't have time for that shit so I left.

I've been training as i should for the physical test for my officer education in the army for my country. Nailed it.

Been going so well at work, SAAS sales, that i got a offer for a Fortune500 company, i might take instead.

I've been slacking on my diet and although keeping it clean, i didn't track any of it for two weeks.

Due to the job offer, i might have to break with my LTR. This have made me very soft and emotional lately.

I gotta do what needs to be done, and keep on track.

Went to the gym 6x this week.

Trained wing chun 6x this week. (Obtained my blue sash last week)

Joined a Gracie gym so I can simultaneously pursue my black belt in BJJ.

Been consistently consuming 4,000 calories a day all week.

20 minute meditation sessions everyday, followed by a 30 minute devotion to positive affirmations.

Started reading 'How to Win Friends & Influence People.'

Regaining some tremendous momentum in light of ending my 2 year long LTR last week..

Improvements: Applied to over 50 jobs, I have one interview on Monday and a couple more in the pipeline. Meeting with my friend Luke on Tuesday to discuss a business opportunity.

Setbacks: My "approaches" at the club were half-assed and terrible. Did not show outcome independence and really was acting like a huge beta. Really felt almost futile out there, I really need to be more confident in my approach. Need to meditate more consistently. Only lifted twice this week. Still doing PMO which really hasn't helped.

I really need to ramp it up next week. I'm going to have 3 goals for this upcoming week that I will accomplish:

1 - Meditate 20 minutes every morning

2 - Go to the gym 5 or more times

3 - No fapping or porn whatsoever

i am a rock climber and hurt my wrist a couple of weeks ago (tenovaginitis) and i had to stop climbing. do you think i'd be able to replace it with lifting (stronglift 5x5 eg) until pain goes away? is there a technique how to prevent from stressing wrists on compounds? a special glove or something?

I'm going to try to start meditating more consistently again, and giving related advice to people, since it makes me feel better and it seems like a step in the right direction. I've thought of ignoring meditation and spending more time working on making myself more attractive and chasing women, but that will just slam red pills in my face and drive me into depression. Really the irony is meditation has only occasionally caused me insane extreme fear, and its only when I run away from meditation, trying to take breaks from it, that I slip towards depression.

Improved: More flexible from Yoga practice. Stronger and more dangerous from lifting and BJJ training.

Closer to goals: Took care of university course work. One step closer to graduating in a year.

Fails: Stayed up later, slept in later than I should have. Smoked too much weed. Played video games.

Success: NoFap streak at 2 weeks, feeling full of energy!

Hit the gym for the first time since tearing my tendon and having plantar faciatis and it felt good. I did eat two slices of pizza today though; I'm on week 2 of my journey to get in the best shape possible. I've lost 15 pounds so far from 239 to 225 my goal is 150.

I continued my progress in a project i named " build your body-build your mind " . It helps me to reconsider my thoughts in the life plan that i have put it my mind. Truth is that i still believe that i keep on failing but i try to keep my mind calm through the work out. It seems that every step i make it leads to a dead end, yet i trust that if i manage to put my mind in a row i will find a way out of this neverending labyrinth. Thing is that i am trying to keep myself calm but i have grave anger in me, everytime that something goes wrong i blow up like a volcano and frankly i can not help it. I have made a progress through the past years and it seems that the beast is sleeping but i fight for it everyday. It is indeed a wall blocking my way, my life my efforts to save my life plan. Untill know only the work out helped me a little bit.

Started a job in a lumber yard, good pay and benifits and the physical part of the job is great. I bought a back brace for safety and love the physical aspect of it I feel tired after 10 hrs but I also feel great at the same time.

Started my PSMF cut today and trained for 2 hours. I've also ordered some test because my endo thinks "trt is temporary" and because I feel good I don't need it anymore. I might aswell self-medicate since the other doctors are just as clueless.

I am in my senior year and still have to decide on which university to continue, looking into something like STEM.
