Synthetic foreskins are typically used to protect and restore sensitivity in the glans or tip of the penis. But I've had a hunch there might be emotional benefits as well. There are currently two on the market, viafin-atlas is latex and manhood is a more along the lines of extremely soft clothing which absorbs friction. Manhood can also be used by people interested in restoration which doesn't restore the nerves lost but eventually stretches available skin to cover the glans; however not everyone can do this form of restoration, and if stem cells ever got to the point of being able to truly restore foreskin, it seems like more surgery would be needed for the people who stretched their skin. There are pros and cons in every direction.

I recently got a "manhood" in the mail, being that its cheaper and lasts longer, and I'm starting to realize how much constant irritation goes on with being circumcised and how that might attribute to a shittier mood. Since having finished the book Circumcision: The Hidden Trauma by Ronald Goldman, I originally thought circumcision could potentially cause widespread mental imbalance via birth trauma, but while birth trauma is not something I rule out completely, it seems more likely that circumcision would cause a shittier mood as a constant annoyance, or a cluster of nerves being constantly scraped against that were supposed to be protected taken as a normality.
