Summary: There is a documentary on Netflix called Divorce Corp., which is a documentary that tries to shine light on how corrupt the family law court system is, and how the lawyers/judges work together to extract every last cent from those going through family court in a divorce/custody case. And there are major consequences if you complain. Don't get married.

Men, this is the reality you are facing if you get married. 50% of marriages these days end in divorce. It's not worth it. You are better off taking 50% of your net worth and placing it on a hand of black jack. There is no woman out there that is worth any of the trouble that will happen if she wants a divorce. This is the grim reality. Read all the bullet points I listed of what happens when you go through a divorce and have to go to family court, and tell me if you want to still get married afterward, as there is a 50% chance this will happen to you no matter what you do.

  • First and foremost the Family Law code is very large and complex. In the documentary they show a book full of all the Family Law Laws & Regulations, its huge. So in order to understand it, you need a lawyer.

  • They then brought in a conga line of Family Law lawyers saying they charge $500, $600, $700 an hour. They are not cheap.

  • Therefore the people decide to represent themselves. But the judges will get irritated at these people, and will purposely be biased against them until they fork over the dough for expensive legal representation. In other words, you have no choice but to hire a family law lawyer.

  • These family law lawyers will purposely file a bunch of bullshit motions just to drag out a divorce case, in order to extract every last cent from their clients. A lot of people featured on this program went completely bankrupt and lost everything because of these greedy lawyers milking them for everything they owned. They would put liens on houses, for example, to make sure they got paid.

  • The lawyers and judges have a parasitic, symbiotic relationship that thrives on kickbacks, corruption and collusion. The documentary exposed that the winners of these divorce cases generally tend to be whoever had the attorney who donated most to the election campaign of the judge.

  • These family court judges are able to be judges one day, and attorneys the next, and vice versa.

  • For custody battles, the judges force parents to pay for expensive "Custody Evaluators". Of course, the judges force these parents to pick one of their own handpicked evaluators, who obviously kickback some of that money back to the judge.

  • These custody evaluators require no special certifications, licenses, or training. One of the evaluators exposed on the program was a filthy rich faggot, literally. They showed a bunch of pictures of this guy requesting "bareback anal sex" amongst other things, and wearing dominatrix clothing. And he wasn't ashamed to admit it. And this is the guy who is deciding whether or not you are a good parent. A faggot riding the gay cock carousel. And he was still employed and forced onto parents as a custody evaluator even after he appeared on the documentary.

  • A family court judge was secretly filmed on camera beating the shit out of his disabled daughter with a belt. He was not punished in any way, and is still a family court judge today.

  • The first amendment doesn't matter in family court. You have no rights. One guy was sentenced to 5 years in prison for "judge intimidation" because he criticized his family court judge on his blog. 5 years in prison. Think about it.

  • Another guy was senteneced to 60 days in jail for criticizing his family court judge on his Facebook. He was offered the option of writing an apology every day for 60 days, or serving out the jail sentence. It even showed video footage of the judge handing down his ruling, saying "You are no warrior for the 1st amendment", basically mocking the guy for trying to use the 1st amendment as a defense.

  • One guy was fired for his job because he filed an appeal of his case because he thought he had a biased judge. He was biased because his ex's attorney was good friends with the judge and donated heavily to his election campaign. This judge retaliated by calling up his job and getting him fired because he had a friend in an executive position there.

  • These judges will use their tyranny to prevent men featured on the documentary(and a couple of women, to be fair) to prevent them from seeing their children at all. A lot of the parents featured haven't seen their kids in years because of these corrupt judges ruling against them because they complained, or had an attorney the judge didn't like, etc.

  • These judges are above the law. Out of the 1,000+ complaints against Family Court Judges in California in 2014, not one was ever led to any kind of discipline against a judge.

  • There is a lot more in this documentary that I didn't list, this is just what I remember from watching it for the first time last night. It made me rage for the entire duration.
