Good luck with that mate. Girls use makeup and and certain clothing to look older or younger and there’s not much you can do about it. All you can do is ask and if you get a negative response or hear she’s too young, just say “my bad” and move on. And lastly, try not to listen to the all the people labeling you a creep or pedo. There are plenty of times in which girls will date someone more than 10 years older and they don’t get as much flak as you do. As long as both individuals are over 18 and consenting, I really don’t see what the issue is.

Very easy:

Ask her where she went to school, what she studied, and when she graduated. Normal conversation topics and if she says she already graduated, you're golden since that means she's at least 21+ since most people start uni at the age of 18 and graduate 4 years later.

If you only care about her being at least 18 and don't really care about her actual age, then just the fact that she's in uni means you're good to go (with the exception of her being in her 1st year - see below). However, if you want to know her exact age, then ask her what year she's in and do the math to guesstimate her age. You can also guesstimate her age if she's already graduated by adding the difference in years from today to her graduation year too.

1st year likely 17-19 2nd year likely 18-20 3rd year likely 19-21 4th year likely 20-22

If she's in her 1st year, then I would caution to go further and just ask how old she is at that point. And if she says she's still in high school, well you already have your answer there lol

Hey I usually have situation when I cold approach a woman and it turns out she is a minor....

I know situations like this are hard to avoid but what are ways we can limit them?

A.) Cold approach is simply starting a conversation with a stranger. If you're doing anything where a mom would say, "She's just a kid!" then you're taking it too far, way too fast in that initial meeting. Putting too many cards on the table, that fast, is going to come off desperate.

B.) This situation is not hard to avoid. To be frank, it shouldn't be happening at all and you ought to ask yourself how it happens enough to be a pattern.

One ought to be able to eyeball it in most cases. If you've graduated high school it should be second nature.

Well, of course there are not, unless you go to places which mostly adult people visit. Girl close to 20 years old may have all the traits of fully sexually developed woman. It's crazy that people call you a creep for accidentally hitting women in their 18-19s etc. Government is not God. If they turn out to be minor BEFORE you do anything "sexually indecent", you just go with "Ok, let's meet in several years then" and wish her a good day.

There are other regions where a female is officially recognized as a viable sexual being and adult at age 15. It is quite easy to tell if someone is a minor in most cases. I think ur perception of what a certain age looks like is wrong tbh.
