The night time is much much easier where approaching is more of a normal thing to do and there is alcohol involved. The difficulty is just a lot lower.

It’s not a big decision though. Do both

Daygame is always the way for ANY MAN .

chickens who prefer night game/clubbing to daygame are the ones who need an excuse for lack of balls to do daytime approach .

"hey baby , i don't have balls to approach you when there's no alcohol involved & when you don't expect me to approach , so here i am , approaching with a drink in my hand at the place where all the thirsty fucks go to approach some sluts & it doesn't look CREEPY to anyone ."

Daygame is harder , done by way less men & requires 10000 times bigger balls for a reason ;)

Daygame 100%.

Approach 20-30 girls a week.
Start with goal of building confidence and reducing approach anxiety.
Research game and apply fundamentals - the stop, body language/eye contact to show intent, push/pull, teasing etc etc. With practice you should feel more sexual in time.
After a couple months hire a coach as a one off if possible, just to check your approaches and iron out any red flags you may have that you are unaware of.
Create a strategy for converting dates to lays - escalating. I know you want a relationship but this is still important to do on a first date. Girls won’t hold it against you if you try to have sex with them fast. It’s important to escalate or they will think your not interested or lack confidence.

Rinse and repeat and should get somewhere in a few months, but it may take longer to get the girl you want. I’m in same position - want to find something more serious with high quality girl.

I’ve made massive progress in my game/confidence, just need more time and approaches to get where I want to be. Also, girls you like will likely slip out of your hands, do just don’t be too hard on yourself and reflect on your growth if it happens!

Also; dress smart casual atleast. I think this is important in converting approaches to dates IMO.

What are your interests? Maybe you should cast your net for hobby or night out friends rather than lays or dates and those opportunities might present themselves as your circle expands.

The great thing about this is that you don't even need to really "game", just have a pressure-free conversation where you figure out if women like the same things you do no different than guys.

Daygame hands down I completely felt drained going to bars and clubs not to mention I would have no voice the next day because of yelling over the music..I was a fish out of water..95 percent of my dates happened during the day plus you said relationship is important so definitely reinforces day game for sure.

If you live in even a somewhat urban or suburban environment, day game is 1000% the way to go. More options, better options, easier to filter for the types you prefer, more iterations so more practice, faster to improve... the reasons are endless.
