Over the past 3 months I’ve been trying to implement some of the things that have been posted here. Basically to help me get over a LTR that ended. Ive slept with 3 women since I started and two of them were from approaching at a bar with a third being from an app. I’m still currently having a sort of FWB with one and trying to keep a second one going as well. As I don’t want another relationship right now. Also made out with quite a few others.

I honestly believe a core part of my success has been from learning and practicing what has been discussed here.

I’d like to share my personal favourite pieces of advice that I feel have helped me the most so far!

  1. Escalation is an absolute must. You need to slowly build it up over the time. Light touches on the shoulder, high fives, basically slowly building towards a kiss or something more. You need to be comfortable with it and they will be okay with it in response.

  2. Assumptions over Questions are 100x better. They make every interaction more exciting. Questions are boring and lifeless. The girl also has a lot to go off when you assume. “Why does he think that? Do I look a certain way? How did he know?”. She will quickly begin asking you questions and just like that you have a conversation.

  3. Keeping a clean appearance. I’m not the most handsome looking guy on planet earth. I don’t know my exact rating, but I’d guess it’s anywhere from a 5-8. Depending on which girl you ask lol. I’ve been called cute, hot, handsome, but never sexy so take that as you will. I also don’t get approached by women and rarely see noticeable signs of attraction from women. The one thing that works for every guy is just have a clean appearance. For me that’s a tight fitting shirt, no wrinkles and just a nice pair of jeans. Basically it accents my body that I’ve been working on at the gym. Physical attraction is a must, no way around this without putting in some work. Just look out together, like you give a crap about your appearance.

  4. When you want to go back to a girls place or your own NEVER say it’s to hookup. I for one always make up a silly excuse to go back to my place or there’s. Women aren’t stupid, they know why you want to go there, but they don’t want to seem slutty so you need to disguise it. I literally went to a girls place because I said she just had to show me this photo she took recently that was on her old phone. Let’s just say by the time we got there we never looked at that photo.

  5. Women are like mirrors. I’ve noticed they will generally reflect the energy you give out. If your sad they will write you off. If you think you’ll be rejected, then you’ll be rejected. You need to be confident and high energy. You need to be bringing over an emotion of positivity and value. Obviously you’ll still get rejected, but they will generally be nicer about it when you at least come over in a friendly manner.

  6. Still working on this one, but you need to believe in the fact that there’s lots of women out there. Don’t take rejections personally and for sure don’t get hung up on women. Flaking, ghosting, and fading will happen it’s just the way of the game. You can’t hope to click and connect with every girl you meet. Just know that there’s so many women out there. There’s a good to strong chance a good majority will sleep/date you if you just approach them the right way.

Those are my biggest takeaways personally. I’ve learned a fair bit about making a good OLD profile, but still approaching IRL is still better imo. Just wanted to say thanks to this community for teaching me so many things that have improved my dating life and my confidence. I hope everyone else reached there own goals!
