Why are you being her text buddy? Why haven’t you scheduled the date? The longer you text without going on a date, the more likely you will get friend zoned. A friend she sees, a friend you’ll be!

Also, why are you at home analyzing the frequency of her of texts? You need to be at work, school, the gym, socializing, and otherwise living a busy life so that she is wondering why YOU aren’t texting frequently.

She's just busy or she doesn't really like texting and is too polite to tell you. Odds are she really likes you if she keeps responding and the texts aren't short.

If/when yall meet in person, pay attention to how much she looks at her phone. If she hardly touches it, safe to say she's just not really all into her phone like that. I know I'm not. I'll do my best to respond to someone I like, but at the end of the day, id rather just talk face to face and avoid the whole texting thing.

Yeah I'm in agreement with everyone who's saying to just schedule the date, the more time that goes by and the closer you guys get via text could actually have a negative effect on what happens when you meet in person. And I do think it's just your jealous side worrying about how long it takes for her to respond. 1-4 hours plus an apology really doesn't seem like an issue to me at all, especially since you guys haven't met yet. Don't psych yourself out with the thoughts like "oh maybe she met someone else, blah blah blah" those are pointless thoughts just meant to hurt you. I'm in the same boat. So, I sent a text about like 8 hours ago.. no reply. We're apparently 'going out' on Friday. Having a feeling she might flake. So, if she doesn't reach out, or care enough, why should i? I'll go out and meet more girls. I think that's the attitude you should have as well. It's not the end of the world.

Sometimes she may have shit in her life, not in the mood, etc. Found some other guy. I wouldn't put a lot of thought in it.

In the mean time, don’t over think, don’t spam her with messages, and focus on doing stuff while she isn’t texting you such as your hobbies.

Girls be confusing asfff!! I was in a similar situation. At first she added me I DMd her, she ask for my number first, and she asked for us to hang. So she was very persistent, we talked about 3 week maybe a month. Anyways during that time we hung out 3 times and I did engage intercourse. She was also matching my energy texting me back quick, sending music, etc.

And then suddenly she sorta pulling back but still responding how she was, but I could sense it and then I was just like , “Fuck it let’s play it out” and I asked her to hang out on the upcoming weekend. And she told me she worked Friday night and had a wedding Saturday and that she was down Sunday. Friday came and she texted me good morning, and I responded back and from that Friday- the following week she never texting me back.

A week later she texted me and I sorta was giving it to her, not overboard like as if we were together or controlling. She texted me this long paragraph saying “she was sorry” but the paragraph just felt like it was a list of excuse, and so we just stop talking.

I’m the long run, you let what you can’t control fuck w you and your head, you just got to keep it pushing. And if you’re a good person then the right person will catch your vibe and rock w it. To a point we’re everything is just all natural then it being forced.

Work or school? Friends? I personally like it when I’m spending time with someone and they’re not constantly on their phone, and I can’t use my phone at work or school either, so some days I respond immediately and sometimes it takes a frw hours. Why not just ask her about it?
