Perhaps twenty years ago, things were generally the way you describe. But I find that these days, things are more complex. I encounter quite a few women who are in relationships, who want to have sex with other guys, but it is as part of an open relationship, not cheating. So that is quite a different dynamic. If a woman in a relationship is interested in having sex with you, it may not being cheating, her partner may be into it, or even the one directing the process. My belief is that this kind of relationship is exploding in popularity. Maybe you think this is the right thing to do, because you believe cheaters deserve to suffer. But honestly, I don't think it's so black and white.
Maybe her boyfriend is a piece of shit who abuses her. Maybe their relationship is terrible and was going to end soon anyway, hence why she decided to cheat. Maybe she cheats in all her boyfriends and she is not going to change. Maybe he cheated on her and she is trying to get back at him.
The only scenario I could agree with you is if her boyfriend is a good friend of yours. Because if you let her cheat with you, then you are going to hurt him even more and ruin your friendship.

Depending on how much I know about their situation I would either out her or just reject her.
If I know too little about a given situation and I end up telling the boyfriend and that causes trouble for them (and maybe me) that's on her for telling me so little.
There is no scenario that justifies you fucking that girl.
Even if she turns out to be someone you fall madly in love for, you would be wrong to not tell her to end it before you two do anything physical together.
If she's in an abusive relationship your dick won't fix that, at best you're just putting a band aid on a severed limb.
And fucking her anyway because if it won't be you it'll be someone else is just a weak fucking excuse that reeks of desperation.

You are contradicting yourself kinda. You said you should tell the boyfriend. Why? Because the fact she decided to cheat is what's bad. Do you think the boyfriend will be ok just because the cheat didn't happen? Of course not. Her decision to cheat is what matters. You deciding not to take her offer doesn't change the fact she offered. Case in point, the responsibility lies with her, not you.
You might say the boyfriend would be even more miserable if he found out about the sex itself than just her offering to another guy. But do you know what makes the boyfriend miserable? Telling him about it. If you want to reduce suffering as much as possible, then just refuse her offer, advise her to not to that again and be loyal to her boyfriend and then don't tell the boyfriend.
So, if you are concerned about helping her cheat. You are not, that decision is hers and the fact that you refused, doesn't change the fact that she offered.
And if you are concerned about how the boyfriend will feel, then you shouldn't tell him about it. Especially is it was a one time thing (like you are on a trip, so you would only see her on one night, not a regular recurring thing).
It feels like you are just making this post out of guilt and resent. Not out of logical consistency.

No, because then you are causing pain. Cheating and the partner not finding out would be more like talking behind a person's back, with someone who has no connection to the other person (like a stranger online), and the person not finding out. The pain only happens if the person finds out.
If you ask me. If I had a girlfriend that I really loved and she cheated on me once, as a one time thing and she regretted, I would rather not know. Ignorance is bliss. I would rather leave this behind and not having to deal with the drama and the paranoia from then on.
That reminds me of the debate around the Matrix. Do you prefer happiness based on a illusion or a truth that is miserable? Most people would say they prefer the truth. But think about it.
If you found out that you are in a comma and your whole life is a dream, and that you are actually a tetraplegic in the real world who has no friends or family, would you want to wake up just to live your real life? Or would you prefer to never had found out and keep living your current life?
