 Less attractive women still mostly "act" like attractive women. Practice dating etc. with the less attractive women first where you don't really feel attraction so you can see through the way she behaves etc. & continue this "exposure therapy" with more women & more attractive women & over time you'll be able to talk to anybody. Or just go straight to attractive women, but make it a goal to approach them for conversations/to get dates/numbers/meetups/Snapchats. Make small attainable goals like for month approach 1 attractive woman a day at a local college recreational center, then on month 2 up it to 2 a day, then 4 a day, then eventually build up the habit of talking to any attractive female who's near you.

The reason you get uncomfortable around hot girls is you don’t know how to act around them. You don’t know how to act around an unattractive woman so of course you’re uncomfortable with a hot girl. First you need to get confident. You lack a lot of confidence just by me reading your post. And that’s number one in talking to women you find attractive; confidence.
