Personally I would expect to feel pretty bad in reality, no matter how transactionally/ rationally I would look at it like you describe it. Still if she would say something gold diggerish or not offer to pay anything or other little things that would indicate the "arrangement" I would probably feel pretty bad, not to mention her behavior during sex, I imagine you going out for dinner having a fun day and than her saying something like she has a headache or whatever and at that moment I would feel like a total chump, that is being played with.
