Well I’m the middle of a pretty big weight loss journey, so the fact that I just look better when I look in the mirror each morning. The fact that my clothes are looser when I wear them definitely helps boost my confidence.
Also, I’ve been watching some videos on how to attract women so the fact that I when I talk to a girl I know strategies/ good things to say definitely helps me feel more attractive. I can’t recommend Todd V enough.
At the end of the day, success begets success, so once you’re successful at one thing each day, you ride confidence high for the next, and the next until it’s just instrinic. For me, that success had to be women/ social related but that’s just me and how my brain worked. I was very successful at work, but that wouldn’t cross over to social for me. If it does for you then it’ll be easier for you.

And on the last part, I was having a lot of luck w that before my injury, I took on a part time job at a food truck park/bar and was getting a TON of conversations w attractive women. Sadly that job requires me to be able to walk which I cannot do for awhile haha. But I'm just gonna do the best I can until then! Success absolutely begets success, and I'd say sitting on your ass being sad about not having success guarantees you won't have it! Have to be willing to fail if you want to succeed, and I wasn't for a long time.

Letting go of self limiting beliefs. Being consistent in overcoming negative habits and adding positive ones. Changing my general mindset that I have when interacting with women.
I'm WAY ahead of where I was 2 years ago, but it's still a struggle a lot of days. As a child I was essentially taught to be incredibly insecure and that I couldn't trust myself. It's a fucking mess trying to untangle those stories in my head, but I am doing a lot of work to do this. Any suggestions would be appreciated. I do a lot of breathwork, meditation, exercise (prior to the injury below), writing, taking on new challenges and getting outside of my comfort zone, etc. I've gotten rid of some of the stories but the deeeeeep insecurities and self limiting beliefs are still there a lot of the time.
I also recently got a pretty serious knee injury in a skydiving accident which has really made things tough for me mentally. I was in a much better place prior to that. Not being able to exercise much is really tough for me.

Haha yeah man I'm doing all of that. Been making a ton of new friends from multiple areas of my life, and skydiving was my new hobby until I blasted my leg 😂. I'm down bad today too so that's part of it. I was feeling like a fucking champ before I got hurt.
I got a therapist and a coach type guy so I'm doing everything I can in that realm. Even set up a date for next week even tho I'm on crutches. But man that negativity is persistent haha. Ebbs and flows tho.

I make sure to let women know I am discrete and trustworthy and that I don’t judge but encourage her sexuality, I do this indirectly though, for example by telling a woman I have home made Porn videos and when she asks to see them tell her I will never show them to anyone because I respect the girls’ privacy.
