Playing hard to get when you've already been on 2-3 dates. If she just recently moved out, from my experience that means she isn't as experienced in being an adult as long as other girls, but that one may vary. Another one is if you notice that she takes an excessive amount (than usual) when replying to texts after you don't reply right away (e.g. you're at work, don't reply for a few hours and she waits till midnight to respond).

Immaturity is very subjective and kind of based on your individual value judgements. I've seen 50-60 year old women act immature, and I've seen 18 year old "women" act surprisingly mature.

I don't care about "maturity" so much as I care about someone being a shit bag. She can baby talk or pout or whatever, just as long as she's not a toxic person. I don't really judge people on who they are or what they like, I judge them on their actions towards me or others.

How many emojis she uses in every single comment, text, or social media post. A few emojis can garnish a text. A whole line of emojis instead of using words is a bit much. My 9 year old niece does this and it’s cute. An adult woman still doing the same... not cute, annoying.

I find a lot immaturity comes out when problems arise in a relationship. I think a lot of it can be hidden well, but when emotional issues come up, it will come out rather quickly. Listening is key. If her and one of her friends get into some sort of dispute or argument and she acts very petty, strong sign of an immature woman.
