So with that out of the way, here's why you're really reading. About six - seven months before my last relationship ended, I could see the writing on the wall. To relieve stress, give me something to do, and to plan ahead - I began working out.

It's now been a year since that happened. In these past six months I've had more sex than I ever had before – without being in an LTR. And in these new experiences I've found one thing that I never experienced before – the girls are just dying to fuck me.

The first time I noticed it being related to my physical appearance, it was like this. We had been out, drinking wine, came back to my place and we do our deed. When it's over, I'm laying on my stomach catching my breath and she's all over me, rubbing my back, kissing my neck and saying over and over oh my god you are so sexy.

To be honest, I just thought "man, it must've been a while for her." But then, the ex and I ran into each other. Same thing. Weird – she had never said that before.

And then just last night I hung out with an old college friend, eventually her and I started getting into it. While doing that she's squeezing my biceps and saying this is nice, or rubbing my back and moaning, or saying pick me up, or rubbing my shoulders and saying this is going to be great.

Long story short – when you are physically fit they will be super into you. I won't break down the psychology of it, but I will say that in these new six months of being single (the only single time I've had in the last 7 years) I have seen without a shadow of a doubt that just by being physically fit I have made finding a partner exceptionally easier.

And there's nothing stopping any of you from doing this. Especially you younger guys. You can build your bodies so much easier than an old man like myself. So get out there and do it.
