I was a little late to class today, so I boarded the bus later than usual. On the next stop, a HB8 (I don't know how to use those numbers, just a cute girl) climbed on and I was instantly attracted. I decided that I'd try to talk to her in a direct manner, since she didn't acknowledge my existence.

I couldn't talk to her on the bus, so I waited until we got off. We were walking towards campus, and so I tapped her on the shoulder and said, "Excuse me, I think you're really cute. Want to go out sometime?" (I don't think I had the capacity to say anything else) to which she simply replied, "No, thank you." I said, "Okay," and walked away. Because I was a little late to class, I walked away faster than normal. Like a boss.

tl;dr Cute girl on bus rejected me, but I'm glad I did it.

EDIT: Hmm. My zipper was down as well, although I don't think that was a factor...
