Seeing a lot of great advice in the posts here so I thought I'd ask for some.

First problem, need general advice on dating while married.

Second problem, need perspective on a particular situation.

Problem 1: I'm 45. I'm a physician. I'd say I'm average looking. I'm bald and not particularly athletic, but I dress well and am in reasonably good shape. I've been married for 14 years. Currently separated and living in our back unit. My wife and I coparent our two kids, but we haven't had sex in years. Sex with my wife is no longer on the table. So we made an agreement. I can go on dates and have sex with whomever I want and she won't ask questions and won't divorce me. This sounds great in theory. Not working out great in practice. Being a physician, I don't seem to have trouble getting matches on Bumble. Some are even very attractive. But none of the women who match with someone like me are interested in someone in my situation. If things go well, taking them upstairs to my little apartment above the garage where you can see my family from our window doesn't work. I did match with a couple of married, ethically non-monogamous women. Made plans to see one, but her schedule got filled up before I had the chance. Trying to make plans with the other, but we're both incredibly busy. Planning to make an account on FEELD, but have had minimal success there in the past. I work during the day and have school in the evenings so, literally no time for a real relationship. Thoughts?

Problem 2: Early on in my new situation, I did have one bit of success. I matched with a super cute 31-year-old on Bumble. We went on one date and seemed to have a good connection. We went on a second date and she came back to my place. Everything seemed good. She seemed to have a really good time and there seemed to be an assumption that we would see each other again. She hasn't ghosted me. We're still in touch. However, whenever it comes to making plans to actually see each other she always flakes or has some excuse. Not sure what her deal is since we've only seen each other twice. Is she depressed? Is she seeing other guys and just doesn't have time for me? Was she actually weirded out by my domestic situation? I was hoping this would turn into something good. We like each other and I don't see a danger of getting too attached. She did mention she was into age gaps. Maybe she got what she wanted and moved on? Thoughts?
