You just literally stop caring and remove the filter. Stop thinking “am I saying this right? Am I doing this right?” Etc. You develop that through reinforcing that mentality day after day. Eventually it just becomes second nature

I'm not going to say I'm good at getting girls or anything like that but what has really helped me to gain more confidence is by working in sales. I knocked doors for a year and a half, and it makes you grow balls and realize that talking to people is not as big of a deal as you think it is. People would get angry at me and there would be awkward moments but you just learn to laugh it off and not take it seriously. My experience with sales translated to me not having as much anxiety when it comes to approaching woman. Obviously I still get nervous and it's still is a little bit hard to approach girls but it's sooo much easier now than it was before I did sales. My best advice is to get a job that forces you to talk to people or get a hobby that forces you to talk to people. It has done me wonders

Work on your mindset.
Get a ton of success with women. True abundance. Have wayyy more experience with women than most guys. I'm talking top 1% or so. This will bolster your mindset and make it rock solid. Obviously, this isn't easy to accomplish for most guys, and it takes time. For me, it took many many many years. There's a reason David Duchovny's character isn't 20 years old. He's 40 something right. That's because it takes a lot of life experience to get to that point. No-one would believe that character if it was played by a 20 year old.

I would say YES and no, you have to stop giving a fuck what others think about you when doing game but you also must push interactions forward even if its something small like getting close to her or holding her hand.. She has to know you want her and your not a Pussy about letting her know.

You have to be more chill but at work and social gatherings, get her number, and set up logistics.. You don't want her friends to know she wants to be slutty, I cant tell you how many co-workers/Classmates friends I've fucked just from simply reading the room...

You have to have a strong knowledge of yourself and develop your own morals. Hank is confident in what he does in Californication because he has strong morals about himself. He has strong beliefs about right and wrong, which do not match societal expectations all the time.
You have to develop the mindset that you can survive anything. When it comes to girls, just accept that regardless of the outcome you have with them, life goes on. And this becomes intuitive if you get rejected a lot. You realize rejection doesn't really affect your life in any big way.
