For context I'm a 22M who has never even held a girl's hand. Yes I know this is my problem, but I'm afraid it's the onset of a toxic mindset that might eventually affect other people and killing any chance I have of ever coming out of it.

I'm not disagreeing, disapproving, or judging people who have those experiences or openly talk about it. It's great for them, I just don't know why I instantly get so jealous and so confused at the same time... Any way to solve this problem without getting laid? Idk some healthier coping mechanisms or way of thinking?

Edit 1: just to clarify, it was a girl who I overheard talking about a casual hook up. It's surprising how open they are about this two their girlfriends, I can't help but feel the majority of women live double lives

Edit 2: thanks to everyone who looked into this problem and gave thoughtful responses. A lot of the feedback I got was in regards to how to get better with women and also a lot of reassurance which were both helpful in different ways. I'll put both into practice and hopefully I don't end up with an incel mindset down the road. Wish me luck and thanks again!!
