Something that’s bothering me lately. I missed out on bars and clubs in my early 20s due to covid. I’m 26 now, and I didn’t start going out until I was 23 when the lock downs ended. I only got 3 years of going out. I just recently got over approach anxiety (I know). I’m 6’4”, jacked, clear skin, full head of hair, but MAN am I insecure about my age of going out to pick up chicks. Some girls I dated told me “I got all of my drinking out of the way in college, bars and clubs aren’t my thing anymore”.

Last time I went out and approached girls, I got one to touch my chest and grind on me. Another wanted to suck my dick after we grind danced but I refused because she was married and her friends looked a little worried. I see some guys at these bars who look my age, some older, but then I see 21 year olds and I think that maybe I shouldn’t be doing this stupid shit. I HATED how I looked when I was 20-23 and I just now found inner confidence in my appearance, especially since my jawline popped like crazy. I just feel I should have had this all done when I was 21. I missed out big time.

I need advice on how to accept my age and be present in the moment. I even lied to a few girls saying I was 24, they bought it but still.
