While the swipe/match ratio is higher for girls I think it’s super encouraging that the end results are pretty much the same. They still get ghosted or no response.

Idk man, matches I do get are just random chicks I'm not even attracted to. I guess I'm just too picky or something. But yea not once have I encountered a match that lead to anything meaningful.

This girl swipes 500 times, matches with like 90% of them, doesn’t have to message first, doesn’t respond to 2/3 of them, gosts 1/4 of the ones who get her number (and I guarantee you probably didn’t put any effort into the conversation), and then still gets into a relationship.

I’m not mad or anything, it just reminds me of how as long as I’ve been single I fall in love with a different girl like every 6 months or so, it doesn’t work out, but then she’s just able to get into a relationship right afterwards. It’s like there’s no consequence for her, she can just move on and find somebody new in no time.

Interesting though to see her perspective. I don’t see the pictures of her that other people are referencing.

Reading the responses to this post... Damn is online dating REALLY this bad for most people? It’s gotten way worse in the past few years, but it’s still a pretty simple, low effort way to meet a few girls here and there worth talking to.

I feel like most guys just need to put a little more thought into their pics and approach on there.
