I've come up with a simple little game I like to use with girls who's numbers I have just gotten. Instead of going through the typical, mundane questions phase when you're trying to get to know them, try out what I like to call the Question Game!

You make the getting to know each other phase a bit more fun by trying to guess all of the questions you would normally ask!

Guess their age, then they guess yours.. Guess their college, then they guess yours.. Guess their favorite musician, then they guess yours.. ect. ect

This is great because, not only does it show you are fun and not ordinary right off the bat, but you can also tease them for any of their wrong guesses or perhaps tease them by guessing much older or younger ages and stuff like that!

You can also make up ridiculous answers to make them laugh.

Then if you notice the game is starting to get a bit stale you simply branch off to a topic you have learned about them through the game!
