Overlooked? for a while, that's basically all community talks about. Dominant voice and tonality are largely the effects of the vocal practice. Your body language is mostly affected by your mindset. As you gain more self-esteem and a flirtatious mindset, you would naturally look more confident and seductive.

No, 90% of communication is NOT non-verbal. The original study that is quoted ad nauseum was horribly flawed. Go watch a movie without audio some time and see if you still understand 90% of the plot. What you say is very important. Sure, you can communicate things non-verbally that make or break the interaction but a bit of fidgeting is not going to kill you if your conversation is amazing.

This is spot on. Game doesn’t work if your unattractive, and being attractive has nothing to do with how fit and handsome you are. I’ve talked to diced specimens in their 20s who’ve only had a handful of fucks. And it’s not like they’re not trying. Body language is hard to convey when you aren’t in tune with your body. I highly recommend daily exercise and/or yoga/stretching, meditation, journaling, and thought analysis.

For instance, I realized my glutes were constantly flexed by stress or something. So I started to subtract things in my daily schedule to figure out what it was. I figured out coffee was leaving body tension and reducing circulation in my feet. After reducing intake/quitting, my body is much more agile and calm than previously.

It’s true. I was at the dog park and I started up a convo with a chick. Arms to the side, standing up straight, little to no movement, and just chatted about our dogs or whatever. Right when I wanted to leave I asked if she has any socials, she said yeah then she gave me her insta. Later that day while messaging she commented on how confident I seem. My dumbass responded with “really?” And well yeah. Didn’t go anywhere with her sadly but when I analyzed what I did I was like woah. I’m a short skinny dude so to me it was one of the best compliments I’ve gotten in years. Now I just try to chat up every girl I get a chance with and practice my posture and body language. Works wonders apparently.

I have an activity to share from when I did my public speaking course, one of the things they train is to do speeches without involuntary movement, so all speaking during a speech is voluntary. What this means you can remove all your nervous ticks and use your body language purposefully to tell stories on stage (and more).

Setup a camera (or mirror) and stand with your back against a wall, make sure you have as much of your body against the wall as you can, but the most important parts are head, shoulders, upper back, buttocks, heels, feet apart should width, hands by sides, not in pockets. Improv a speech about your favourite subject then speak for 5 mins without moving any part of your body. No gestures, no head movements, etc.

Review, do it again for 10 mins

Do it every day (10 mins) for a week

After 7 days step away from the wall, maintain the same position, speak and repeat for another week.

At the end of this you should hopefully be able to stand straight and talk without feeling the NEED to move. Obviously this is stiff and awkward to start, but once you have the core body language in place you can use it as your neutral stance and incorporate your own deliberate choices in moving/movement.

If you know theatre archtypes, anchoring and other similar techniques this is where you start incorporating those into your speaking.

I wish I knew what to do with my hands and calm down my arms when talking. I'm extremely over-expressive and do weird unattractive jerky movements sometimes. Especially with my fingers.

I have seen many unattractive guys( according to me), have gf, because they have good body language. And sone attractive guys are not choosen as their bf because they dont have an attractive body language.

As my username implies, I've got the posture part down. Back straight, chest up/out, head neutral etc. It was partly a conscious effort and then lifting weights helped as well.

Its my hands and nervous ticks (touching my face, rubbing my neck/arms) that are the problem and it was actually another guy that pointed this out. I was standing next to him in a group and I kept touching my face and he just said "Stop touching your face". Caught off guard, I asked why and he just said "No, just don't do it, it looks bad".

I started thinking about it and now I am aware of how it comes across and I am working on it. I'm also more generally conscious of how I sit/stand around people. Turn towards people and just be physically open.

This is very important the way you: Walk, Sit and Stand make your whole seduction easier.

Walk: More more purpose, but be will to talk to anybody (Young/Old, Rich/Homeless, Hot/Ugly etc.)

Sit: With your legs more apart, stretch yourself out more and prioritize your comfort.

Stand: With your leg apart more and look people in the eyes it's very powerful
