For me it was at the age of 18 and the switch that flipped was when I realized my problems weren't externally caused, but rather internally caused. In other words, my failures with women weren't the fault of women themselves, society, or some other bullshit excuse, but rather my own fault for not becoming the type of person that women would find attractive.

After that, it took several years of work to achieve meaningful success with a few lucky breaks in between.

Unfortunately it isn't that simple, it's a combination of a lot of things. But at the end you just need to feel good about yourself, and do things that makes you feel better about your life and that push away your insecurities.

As you said, you've come so far over the past years, just gotta keep at it, it's more of a feeling than one simple change.

But the thing that helped me a lot was working out, made my mind clearer and body atractiveR for myself, wich boosted my confidence, and for the girls of course, they love it!

So far, it just keeps getting better and better. I thought I had figured a thing or two out around 24. Then I got into a multi year relationship which fucked me up. After things ended, I was 27 and thought I would be the “old guy” that no girls in their early 20s would be interested in. Nope, completely wrong. The game just keeps getting better. I mean, it’s all in your head, if you think you’re the washed up old guy then you are. But if you keep going out and learning, you learn new levels of the game. The experience of momentum will be like the switch will flip all at once, its not like a linear progression. This is why most guys never get to see the other side . An apt analogy is banging your head against the wall - if you just keep banging, one day the wall will break down and a tsunami of pussy will flow through the breakage and into your life. Most guys bang twice and say fuck this, the juice isn’t worth the squeeze, I’ll just stay in my comfort zone with my chubby gf than actually learn this shit.

Another way of looking at it is like the buffer experiment that you ran in high school science class - you have to do enough things right for long enough to make it through the buffer period and get the solution to change color. It can be very frustrating to be doing 9 out of 10 things right but not seeing the results. Often times, all it takes is one more piece of the puzzle to fall into place. And from my personal experience, the breakthrough happens just when you think you’ve tried it all, just when you thought that this game stuff doesn’t work, when you’re ready to give up. Just push a little further and see what happens. I promise you that there is magic just around the corner. It might not be what you expected, but it will be amazing and it might even be better than what you wanted. Women will treat you different because you separated yourself from the pack. It’s inevitable that if you do the hard work of learning game, that you will be better off than 90 percent of the male population because pretty much no one actually does this.

We were a lovely couple for the few days I stayed with her but after I ghosted her, still had resentment from when she broke things up. After this experience all bluepill and beta behaviour was deleted from my human operating system and in the 2 years since then I’ve just been testing the limit of how much “toxic city boy” I can get away with. I'm still not satisfied with my love/sex life, but I am with the place I am approaching it from. It feels healthier but that doesn't mean I don't freeze up on things to say or my mind doesn't go blank when asked simple questions I know the answer to. Like, I feel like I get all the cues, they're just not there. It was a few years ago. I was at a friends birthday and one of the girls brings a friend I have never met. She was decently attractive. She goes outside for a cigarette so I venture out to try and make small talk with her.

Also If you can't let some girl know you are into them directly, plus you have at least 1 gossipy female friend, Just blurt out who you think is fit and let them blurt it to the girl. It can only do good work for you.

after roughly 8 months of watching and studying game I put it all together at 18. I had my inner game and social circle game incredibly locked in. it felt like an instant flip, but it certainly wasn't. It was when I lost 20kgs after a bad breakup. Couldn't get a girls attention worth for shit. Once I got in better shape I worked that summer (uni student) brought better fitting clothes, developed a style and just felt so much better about myself the girls started flocking.. It was crazy. I went from no girls to like girls every weekend or at least a number without even trying.

Most men here are normal, and most normal men that get women are way lamer than we tend to give credit for as "outcasts" of society.. so that just leaves the superficial part where most people here lack. Once they get that sorted it just becomes so much easier, especially given that most men are just oblivious to dating, attratction and self improvment.

When I realized most women are the same. And that they are generally fueled by good experiences and reassurance. You combine those two and you can have just about any girl you want. The reassurance part does not mean simping and telling her she beautiful. But its more about telling her she the only girl for you. Women understand that they are competing. And if you put them at ease they tend to do better in the relationship.
