I usually last a long while, so speaking from my experience and point of view.

Whilst porn is a factor, I have quit porn for long periods, for example when going into a relationship. Have noticed minimal difference from this.

There's so many factors at play here, that it cannot be summed up shortly and is highly individual.

Feeling really emotionally connected to a partner and able to let oneself go has sometimes resulted in shorter sex, but other times the same has resulted in long sessions with some breather/water/cuddling pauses in-between.

Both shorter and longer sessions are nice IMO.
