Sorry to hear about that man. Anxiety happens to everyone. There is treatment/practice called box breathing. Breathe in for a 4 count, hold it for a 4 count, exhale for a 4 count, hold it for a 4 count. Repeat. Do it for 2 minutes or as long as you can stand it. The SEALS do a modified version of this, it's central to a lot of yogi practices, Zen meditation uses a variant of this. I started this practice by doing it for 5 minutes. I now do it twice a day for 20-30m. I also do it when something has knocked me off center aka gotten me riled up. Good luck man, I hope you figure it out in time, and if you don't it will be a great learning experience; so nothing but a good thing.
